Seabrook Island is a beautiful low-country barrier island with 3 miles of pristine, uncrowded beaches. This property overlooks both the mouth of the Edisto River and the Atlantic Ocean and comes fully appointed. There is abundant wildlife to see, including deer on the dunes and our famous beach-feeding dolphins! Bring your bike, kayak, or paddleboard-- or rent them-- the island is full of adventures for you and your family!

This unit is on the first floor. Prior approval for Fido is required. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR PETS.

Club Amenity access is included in this price. Many hosts require guests to purchase this separately through The CLUB (up to an additional $55 per day/$350 weekly fee).

An Amenity App is required to gain access to the Club at Seabrook. The Club has two championship golf courses, the Equestrian Center, the oceanfront pool complex, the racquet club, and all dining options inside the security gate.

Club amenity access does not include the 'Lakehouse' gym or indoor pool. Guests purchase these amenities from the POA and cannot purchase them from the host; this applies to all properties. The host can not purchase them for you.

Only one car per bedroom, via new 2025 Town of Seabrook rules. This applies to all rentals throughout Seabrook. There is a $50 fee.

A Full-service grocery store, restaurants, and shops are located just outside the security gate at Freshfields Village.

Seabrook is a certified Audubon International Sustainable Community.

Explore nearby Charleston, a city of museums, historic sites, tours, wonderful boutiques and antique shops, and endless choices of restaurants - just 25 minutes away.

Beautiful end unit in the Pelican Watch Villas. The space was clean and comfortable a real home away from home. My host couldn't have been more communicative and accommodating. I'll definitely be back 'home away from home' soon!

Beautiful views! Amazing location!

Spent the Thanksgiving holiday with family nearby. This was the perfect spot to stay in Seabrook. Lovely views and right on the beach!

Great spot for a couple

This was a great place for a couple ( and a small dog). The location was convenient to the surrounding restaurants & activities yet still maintained its privacy, with a great waterfront view!

Very nice condo , great location, beautiful scenery!

We were visiting for a wedding, the condo was very nice had everything we need for our short stay, just a boardwalk walk to the beach out the front door.

Seabrook Stay

The unit was very clean, bed comfortable, the kitchen was decently equipped, and we were fortunate to have good weather. It was a wonderfully relaxing long weekend.

Lovely vacaay

Great property,, we’ve stayed in at keast 7 different Pelican Watch properties and this is our favorite,, - condo was spic and span clean, well equipped, very homey- didn’t feel like a rental . You can’t beat location or accommodations- and our host Joanna was amazing!

Its location is excellent: great view, boardwalk to a beautiful beach for morning dog walk. Unit is comfortable and clean. We had a wonderful stay.

Great Vacation

The nice, cozy Villa is in a great location with easy access to a small quiet beach area. Nice views and beautiful nature filled area. Owner was EXTREMELY nice and quickly available for any questions and information.

Amazing Getaway

Johanna was a wonderful host. She made the check in process very easy and even checked on us a few times during our stay. The condo was clean, cozy and had a wonderful view of the water. We loved its location and privacy. Looking forward to another stay.

FABULOUS

We have been staying here for a few visits and every time it is GREAT. Having the amenities card is a plus and the condo is perfect. The hostess is so helpful and goes above and beyond to make the stay all you want it to be.
