Yes to clean and amazing to the ocean view. Our our dog loved it too. Only the weather failed.

We had a wonderful experience at this condo. The best part was the convenient access to the beach. It was also a very short walk to the main beach club. As a first time visitor to Seabrook Island there was a lot to do with the pass, app, etc. One challenge we had was the WiFi and cell service is not great. Thankfully our baby monitor does not require it. If yours does bring different one.

Absolutely awesome location and very well appointed and comfortable condo.

Awesome location and very nicely renovated and comfortable beach condo with fabulous sunset views. We will definitely rent this place again.

Nice place

Was a nice property. Great location right on the beach. Property management was very thorough with check in and check out instructions which was great!

Perfect location

We could not have asked for a better location for our villa. The view from the living room and deck was delightful.

Relaxing!

Perfect location for having our dog with us! Access to boardwalk and straight away to the beach. Views of beautiful sunsets,we’ve stayed here numerous times.

Beautiful beach getaway

We had a very nice stay at Pelican Watch villas. The beach and location were amazing! We enjoyed kayaking and long walks along the beach. The villa has abundant wildlife in a natural setting! The sunsets are outstanding!

The location and ocean views are great. Very loud visitors in unit above.. poor noise insulation. I would recommend rent second floor unit.
