We truly enjoyed staying at this villa for our family vacation! We were 6 adults and 6 young children! There was lots of room for everyone to have their own personal space! The pool was a big hit with the kids! Villa is close to Disney Parks, Universal Studio/Island of Adventure parks etc… near Publix and restaurants! Close to Walmart, the Villa has everything you would need for babies, high chair, crib, car seats, strollers, pack n play, Sonny and Flavio are great to deal with, quick replies to messages, Great vacation home!

Everything was great! I’m a cancer patient so spending time for thanksgiving with family made this enjoyable. The home was clean and beautiful and the host was quick and helpful to respond!! Thank you

Everything went well, all we needed was on site,hired a vehicle access to site was good, pool for all was very welcome as we hadsome hot weather

Comfortable stay
We were in Florida for The Spring Games. This was a bit far from Bartow (an hour plus with the traffic) but only 35 minutes to the diamond plex. The community is nice and the pool was great. Thank you for a great stay.

Large Modern Villa

Fantastic villa, great location. Lots of room for all the family. Top notch communication from Sonny and Flavio, nothing was too much trouble. Flavio checked in with us to make sure everything was going fine which was really appreciated. Would Highly Recommend. A

Perfect Florida visit
We had an amazing trip , this villa was the perfect location and had everything we needed to make it a great trip.
The villa is beautifully furnished , a hope from home
Plenty of pool towels and bathroom towels
We thought “Dorian” was going to spoil our break , but it was not the case a fabulous time had by all

We really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool. The house is very spacious and accommodated our family very well.

Host responded quickly, house wasn’t in great shape had an overpowering smell room deodorizer. Carpet was extremely worn, floors were dirty, dust was heavy behind bathroom door. Window in upstairs bedroom was so dirty that we could hardly see out. Smoke alarms went off in the middle of the night. Hindsight being 20/20, I never would have stayed here.

We take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously. The property is inspected before arrival and after departure to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.
As noted, we respond quickly and encourage guests to contact us immediately so any concern can be addressed promptly.
During the stay, the ONLY concern reported at check-in was a small area near the refrigerator, which was addressed the same day by sending our housekeeper. No other cleanliness concerns were reported to us at that time.
Regarding the smoke alarm, our post-stay inspection found that the detector had been disconnected from its wiring, as noted in the guest’s message.
For safety reasons, guests are always asked to contact us immediately if an alarm activates, as disconnecting or unplugging a smoke detector is unsafe and not recommended. Smoke alarms may activate for several reasons, including cooking.
The alarm was inspected and confirmed to be functioning properly.

Everything was excellent. I was a little concerned about the code for the house because I only received it an hour in advance, but everything worked out fine in the end. Just a small note, I would place the internet in the living room because when you are on the terrace, the signal often drops out because the unit is far away. I will definitely be back again. Thank you to the landlord, there are few houses as clean and well-maintained as this one.

Fantastic Property In A Great Location
The villa is beautifully appointed and in a great location in the Providence Golf complex which is close to all major roads and attractions yet quiet enough to be able to get away from it all.
Excellently furnished and has all the equipment you could wish for in a home from home.
Sonny was a very attentive host and was quick to answer my questions.
Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful Home
The house was as described and the host quite accommodating. There was no 'fisheye' effect on photos and everything was well represented. The games room needs a bit of maintenance but besides that it was a wonderful stay!!!

My family loved the stay in this house. Sonny was quick to answer any questions. The house was like the pictures but the walls need painting, that didn't bother us at all. We will come back. Thank you :)

More up front info in listing on a breakdown of all the extra cost and increase your pricing instead of attaching a cost to everything. The mattresses all need to be replaced as they are all sunken in the middles.Aside from this it was enjoyable.

Just to clarify for future guests: the only optional add-ons we offer are pool heat and BBQ rental. Many guests don’t need these—especially in warmer months—so we keep them optional. The pricing for these items is clearly listed, and we make sure to explain it whenever guests ask in advance, like you did
Regarding the mattresses, we didn’t receive any concerns during your stay; otherwise, we would have addressed them right away. We will still review them to make sure everything remains comfortable.
