This 4 bdrm, 2 bath home is an original craftsman style home that offers historical charm with all the modern amenities. Enjoy an expansive wrap around porch to enjoy the afternoon sun. Enjoy the mahogany roof covered deck off the chef’s kitchen with commercial grade Thermador appliances. One car off street parking available. This is 1 of 3 units on this property.
Minimum age to rent is 25. No senior week or events.

Enjoy Wildwood Crest award winning beaches, sunsets & activities on Sunset Lake.

PLEASE BRING LINENS & TOWELS, TOILET PAPER , PAPER TOWELS, NAPKINS,& KITCHEN TRASH BAGS.

Cleaning supplies & laundry soap are provided.

We have 8 beach chairs, umbrella, cart, & toys. We also have yard games (corn hole, outdoor chess, and giant pong cup game)

Excellent location and lovely home near the beach in wildwood crest, parking was easy on the street and hosts were great at communicating and fixing any issues promptly.

The house was beautiful with comfortable beds and a nicely stocked kitchen. It was immaculate when we checked in. There was an extra single bed in one of the bedrooms which provided a better sleeping arrangement for us (two queens, two full and one single bed). I would highly recommend this beautiful house, the front porch was the best part!

The house was very clean and beautiful and there were many bedrooms so this space could comfortably accommodate ten ten people. Our family had fewer people so we had tons of room. The back patio was spacious and a wonderful place to eat dinner or lunch. The house was situated in walking distance ti restaurants and the boardwalk. I would recommend bringing a mattress topper as the mattresses are memory foam and might not be designed for those that need more firmness. Otherwise the house was super comfortable.

Beautiful stay

3 of 4 beds were super firm - not my preference Owner was quick to respond address issue Loved the house, had everything you could need in kitchen with beautiful sink stove! Loved location

Great House!

The house was perfect! The house is updated, modern, and well designed with great outdoor spaces. Close to the beach and activities in Wildwood. We loved it and would stay again!

As advertised!

I needed a quick trip and stumbled upon the property which was perfect for that time we needed. My daughter and parents loved the property, it would be a lie if there were negative feedback! Great place and def recommend!

Wonderful getaway!

What a beautiful home, with wonderful amenities! The home was clean and very well taken care of. A quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach and playground, and quick drive to the boardwalk. With 6 adults and 3 children we were more than comfortable in the house. We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location

The house is situated in walking distance to many things. Shopping, restaurants, attractions and most importantly the beach!! It is immaculate and the porches are comfortable and relaxing. We ate outside and just sat outside a lot. The hosts definitely pay attention to the details inside and outside the house. Highly recommend this property.

Beach Trip

Friends from Iowa wanted to experience the South Jersey beaches as part of their East Coast vacation. This home was perfect for 8 adults to stay together in Wildwood Crest. A short walk (even shorter drive) to the beach and boardwalk made the location wonderful. Outdoor porches were enjoyed as extra space for gathering. We appreciated the provided beach chairs, boogie board, sand toys, and umbrellas. Highly recommend staying at the Tree Top House.

Best spot in wildwood

My family and I vacation every summer in wildwood and usually stay at the hotels. This year we decided to try a family VRBO. And this listing did not disappoint, in fact it exceeded our expectations. It was not just clean but immaculate, we all felt very comfortable here. The house is gorgeous and sitting on the porch to eat, have coffee, and just hang out was amazing. The amount of beach gear they let you borrow in their garage is crazy! We did not even need to bring any of our own items. Would definitely recommend this to anyone coming in a large group.

Fantastic Home & Location

We had a great stay at Tree Top unit 2. The size of the home was perfect for our family. The front porch was fantastic for morning coffee and evening chats. The table on the porch is great for playing games. The kids loved playing on the porch it's so big. We ate dinner on the back porch and it was just perfect! The home is beautifully updated!! The location was perfect. Walking distance to the bay for fishing, walking distance to restaurants, ice-cream and pastries. A few blocks to the beach but it wasn't any trouble to walk and they provide a beach cart. Walking distance to playground and very short ride to grocery store and boardwalk. It was just perfect! Quiet street. No problem finding additional parking. And it was great they provided beach toys, chairs & umbrella. Would love to rent again!

Great time only one complaint

We loved the house. Great location and clean. We only have one complaint. The furniture upstairs is too large for the room size. My sister in law stubbed her toe pretty bad and both my husband and I ran into the corner of footboard in the room with the queen bed upstairs. We are both very slim, but the corner of the footboard sticks out pretty far. I got a huge bruise from it. We recommend just having a headboard for that bed and no foot board. And maybe for another room bunk beds? Other than the tightness of the room and our minor injuries, we had a great stay! Still giving it a 5 star because those are easy fixes! Thank you

The house is very comfortable and cozy. We stayed with our children and grandchildren and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and play games during our downtime. There was ample street parking in front of the house during the week (I can't vouch for weekends), This was nice because the walk to the beach was a little long with the young children but we had an adult drive to drop them and all of our stuff off at the beach then return to the house, park, and walk back. There was also metered parking close to the beach. 4 hour limit. Quarters only.We didn't do any cooking but the house seemed to be well equipped.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming house in Wildwood Crest, and it was a delightful experience! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beautiful beach, which made our mornings incredibly enjoyable. The house itself was clean and beautifully decorated, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beach.
