Enjoy the beautiful views from this custom-built canal home. Dolphins Cove features four bedrooms and four baths. The first floor has three bedrooms with two queens, two twins, and a full bed. All bedrooms have private baths. There is also a sitting room with a queen sofa bed. The second floor features a king primary suite and large, open living, kitchen, and dining areas. The Inverted floor plan offers two living areas, making this home perfect for large families. You'll also have a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, cable TVs, and free WiFi. Upgrades in this home include stainless steel appliances, crown molding, and hardwood floors. Other amenities include spacious decks with plenty of seating, a boat dock, an enclosed outside shower, and a location 500 yards from direct beach access.

A Week at The Cove

We had an exceptional week's stay at Dolphins Cove, and would not hesitate to return for a future visit! The home was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Upon departure, we would all recommend this home to other groups of 8-10.

Lovely home

Perfect stay

The house was amazing and the location was perfect. I made the mistake of not knowing how to turn a shower faucet on and someone was there to help in less than 15 minutes.

Perfect Beach House

Beautiful home.

Kitchen was very well stocked. Beautiful and comfortable furniture. A lovely home. Took our kayaks out to waterway and kayaked beside several porpoise. Amazing week.

Wonderful Family Retreat

The house was a wonderful place to relax and reconnect with family. The house has wonderful common areas to gather, and roomy bedrooms for solitude. We appreciated the games and large screen TVs for our favorite shows. We also loved walking on the beach and the many streets to get some good miles in. There are many choices for restaurants and other entertainment, but I especially liked The Cove, just a short drive away. The kids loved biking, and the next time we're there we'll get the kayaks out too! Five stars well deserved!

Storm week

We loved the house! We rented for a week & had to leave after 2 days due to Tropical Storm Debby. House had everything you needed for a great vacation, beds were comfortable, elevator for luggage was perfect, & close walk to beach. Hope to stay here again so we can enjoy the beach and house.

Amazing house, slow maintenance on elevator

We came for a family vacation with elderly grandparents who had severe mobility issues and were counting on the elevator to help them access the property. On arrival, it did not work properly (we got stuck halfway up but fortunately it returned us to floor 1 after we waited a few minutes). We called Vacasa right away and they assured us someone would be out first thing in the morning. 24 hours later, we called the repair company (Home Elevators) directly who informed us that Vacasa had never contacted them. They contacted Vacasa and the local Vacasa rep came out within the hour to assess the issue, but it was too late in the day for them to get a repairman back out on the island. Finally someone came on the morning of Day 3 of our vacation and it was a quick fix. No other issues, the house was lovely, clean, and a quick walk to public beach access along with great canal access.

Great home to stay in

We had a great time at Dolphins Cove. We took our entire family down there. It’s a really short walk to the beach & has plenty of space. The only thing we had issues with was the elevator. We had grandparents with us & when the elevator quit it made it really difficult to get up & down the stairs, but other than that we had a great time. We love Holden Beach!

A Perfect Beach Week!

We loved our time at Dophins Cove! It was the perfect set up for our family of 2 young kids and grandparents who also came. It had everything we needed and we loved the layout. The kids loved fishing off the dock in the canal, the short walk to the beach was so easy, and the sunrises and sunsets were just gorgeous. Can't wait to return!

Great house

Beautiful home!

Perfect stay!

This place is fantastic! It has all of the amenities that you need and then some. It is like home away from home comfort. The furnishings are not only beautiful but comfortable. You are steps from the beach but can enjoy the beauty of sitting by water having the inter coastal waterway right in your backyard... literally. Thank you for making our vacation one of relaxation and comfort. We will definitely be back to Dolphins Cove!
