We LOVED this house. Very clean, very updated, very close to the beach, and had everything we could need. So many NICE beach chairs and other beach equipment and toys. The beach wagon was an awesome surprise. The bean access is so close. We will be back!!!

A wonderful find! The house is beautifully kept, well-stocked, and comfy. Everyone slept great. And the beach is a very short walk away. No complaints. Would definitely rent again.

Great Location! We'll Visit Again!

Great property - clean, close to the beach, and ample parking. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there were a variety of great books to read. Would recommend to friends/family - we hope to stay here when we visit Holden in the future.

Great location with easy beach access

Home was well equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs and toys. Access to the beach couldn’t be easier.

Overall a good experience! Beach was wonderful! House was perfect for our size family. Appliances and beds could all use updating, but otherwise the house was very comfortable.

We had a great time!

We had a great family vacation at this property. It was very clean and the owners are very nice. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with cooking ware. The beach wagon was a plus since we didn’t have room to bring our own. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Location

We loved the location, it was very easy to get to beach and was also just a bit quieter being off the main road. The house was very well stocked - there were tons of things we could use for the beach and everything we needed in the kitchen. The hosts were very responsive and the whole process was clear and easy!

Holden Beach stay

The home was clean and in a great location. Short walk with easy access to the beach. Kitchen well equipped. New gas grill. Beds comfy. Great 10 days at the beach!

Check in was simple! Check out was super simple! Perfect house, perfect location. House was awesome! Great layout. Our family had to find something last minute. We were all so pleased with this home! It met all our needs and provided us with a place to stay for one of our best beach weeks ever

Great beach rental

This house met all of our needs and expectations. It was very comfortable and had everything one could possibly need to have a great stay. The owners were very easy to communicate with and were quick to respond to any need or question that we had. Our group consisted of 6 adults and 2 children ages 5 and 8 and everyone was comfortable with the accommodations. The house is an easy 4 or 5 minute walk to the beach. The area is quiet and family oriented. We would be happy to stay again sometime in the future!

Beach getaway

The home was clean and neat. Concerned with the safety of the stairs leading into the house. The ice maker didn’t work and could have used more towels and toiletries….ie…more than one roll of TP! Also, the furniture was less than comfortable.

Our back stairs are scheduled to be replaced this year. The icemaker was turned off before the hurricane so if the power was out we wouldn't have a mess. We don't provide paper products or toiletries. My cleaner leaves bath linens for two stacked on each bed. Twelve towels were available for two guests. Thanks for being our guests.

Amazing Hosts!

The home is beautiful. Amenities are great! Location is great - less than a two minute walk to beach and quiet street. Aside from a small weather related issue the home was wonderful. Even better are the hosts! I cannot say enough wonderful things about them! They were responsive, friendly, and accommodating to our family’s needs. I will definitely stay here again!!

Great quiet beach house

Location was very quiet & relaxing. House very roomy & comfy. Kitchen equipped. Very short walk to the beach & boardwalk makes it a easy walk.

Great place close to beach access!

We stayed here for a week with family and loved it! The beach access was so close that it was easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials and the rooms were nice and spacious! We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
