The "WOW" factor was always in affect as you enter the entry door. Our guests also said the same. the pool and hot tub were excellent. Living area , bedrooms and bathrooms very clean. Open lay out of the home excellent.Gloria always the worrier that we would need anything and welling to supplying answer to that need if there was one. The stay was wonderful and very relaxing.If something was needed as a great host answered the call. Yes the want to return is there. Quiet and relaxing one has to only experience to appreciate.

This place is exactly as advertised. It felt like home. We definitely would rent it again.

Very nice and relaxing vacation. No hidden agenda definitely would recommend staying here. Gloria is very responsive to any concerns or needs. The pool over looking the golf course gave it a quiet yet entertaining atmosphere.

Family and friend getaway

From the moment we walked into the house we felt like we were home. The rooms are nice and big, loved the master bedroom and bath and the best part was the pool. We had an amazing experience and would definitely come back. Thank you to Gloria and Mike for all the accommodations and always being available when we needed anything

Made a friend

We rented this property for a family getaway. Gloria was an excellent host, she responded to all of our needs with instant satisfaction. The weather wasn't the best, it rained everyday, but the house and the pool allowed us to have fun as a family. Will definitely recommend staying here.

It was everything we expected. Gloria responded to any issues we had in a timely manner. Very nice neighbors. Definitely a place we will go back to stay.

Wonderful House With Plenty of Space

We had six people and three generations staying in the house for six days. The house is beautiful with room for everyone to have their space. The outdoor area with the pool and spa is where we spent most of our time. Loved coming back after a day at the beach or golf course and relaxing in the water. Gloria was very responsive to a few questions we had along the way. If you are looking for a place in Cape Coral - I would highly recommend this property. Just be aware that if you have activities in Fort Meyers Beach, Bonita Springs, Naples… it can be a long drive.

Beautiful place but horrible customer service

No internet, 2 tv’s didn’t work, jacuzzi is not working, the ice maker not working, cockroach in the pool. We called the property manager, Vrbo customer services, nobody help us.

Judith your statement on customer service is just not true . As soon as you e -mailed me on the Sunday morning i responded . The internet service was down and would not be up and running until Monday this was out of our control . the hand set for the spar/pool was working fine .on inspection. the single dead cockroach that you found in the pool just shows that our pest control treatments are working . although the WiFi outage was unfortunate this was a minor inconvenience. your 2 star rating is not in line with your overall enjoyment at the villa we constantly receive 4,5 start ratings your 2 star review is unjustified.

Do not rent

Too many broken things in house. We could not use pool. It was not working. Trash in garage and pool cover all tore up. No ice maker, etc.

Over the past twelve years we have never had a two star rating it has taken you six weeks to post this review which dose not represent the villa all of our ratings are 4/5 star . if the points that you have just raised were valid concerns why did you not contact us on arrival as stated in the contract.why wait six weeks to post this unjustified review .

beautiful home

the house was beautiful and the pool amazing. the only negative things is there were only 3 rolls of toilet paper for a 8 person house. the ice maker was taped on and not working. the AC unit was set to 80 and it says you can’t lower it. they provided no trash bags. the check in process was hard. i was never set an access code and tried to contact the property manager and it took a while to get into the place. i would stay at this place again though.

We are happy that you enjoyed your stay and would rebook with us . I would add that we are not a seven star hotel we leave a complementary sanitary items for you to use when you first arrive once you have used them you need to replenish for your on going use. at present the ice maker is out of order but ice trays are in the freezer with ice in them. with regards to your access you was sent all of the information on the villa including the access code via your e-mail .and our manager's cell no .I checked our e-mails and it was not sent back as unknown . if you did not have the information why did you travel knowing that you could not get in ? why did you not contact us . our guest are requested not to alter the AC setting the thermostat is fully accessible if you fell that you need to alter the temperature.

Over the top!

This home had the perfect layout. There are four bedrooms that are situated in a way to create 3 completely private areas. Two king suits and then one queen and two twins share a bath in their own area. The home is immaculate and well cared for. Gloria has made sure that you have absolutely everything you could want! We cooked Christmas dinner there and I wanted for nothing! Pots, pans, utensils, China for 12! Lol serving dishes, serving platters. Towels, beach towels, throw blankets for cool nights on the patio. The list goes on and on! The outside area was perfect. The views of the sunset were breathtaking! The pool area is beautifully lit! The hot tub was a dream! And the pool was the perfect temperature! Gloria is a text away if you need anything. My husband and I have stayed in several vacation homes And Gloria‘s attention to detail did not go unnoticed! I cannot say enough. We continued our Florida vacation and spent another week in a different vacation home on the water and I must say that the home should’ve should’ve just paled in comparison! I should’ve just stayed two weeks in this home! Five stars was not enough!

Amazing Memorial Day Weekend Stay

We absolutely loved this property! It has a stunning view, great amenities in the home (loved the SONOS in the kitchen as we cooked breakfast in the morning) and it was extremely clean. The kitchen is well stocked, laundry detergent was available during our stay, the master is STUNNING! The hosts were very responsive on text message throughout our stay. We look forward to returning to this property in the near future.

Absolutly stunning villa with infiny pool facing a small lake and on the edge of a golf course

The location of the villa is ideal facing a small lake and on the edge of a golf course. the villa is absolutely stunning. upon arrival through the garden and the driveway which leads to the front door and the opening onto the large living room with large bay windows, the terrace and the infinity pool which merges with the lake. the cathedral ceiling, the modern and comfortable high-quality furnishings and the decoration that combines sober elegance and a personal touch with azure and natural objects and colors. in the large room: the living room, the dining room and the dining area next to the kitchen. outside on the terrace the dining area, the living room with a TV and the relaxation area with deck chairs. so many different universes, which allows guests to enjoy several activities and have privacy. We enjoyed a lot the swimming pool and the spa. A little advice for the hosts: we would have appreciated extra bath and pool towels because one towel for 3 nights is too little.

Hosts have thought of everything,, highly recommend. We were 4 golfers. Coral Oaks was one of the five courses we played. If you are staying here, definitely play it. Only complaint is we had to leave and go back to winter.

Great stay

We had a great stay. The house exceeded expectations and was clean upon arrival. We absolutely loved the pool. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Communication was outstanding. We had a great experience here.

Amazing family getaway

We had a fantastic stay at Gloria’s property! The house is nicer than it looks in the pictures, as they are a little dark. The pool/hot tub were clean and well-maintained and view of the backyard is amazing. We had a couple of small issues that came up during our stay (not all towels being laundered properly upon our arrival, thermostat temperature), and Gloria responded quickly, efficiently, and was so kind about everything. The house was just the right size for our family of 7 (2 adults, 5 kids). I liked that 2 of the kids’ bedrooms didn’t have TVs, as that enabled us to have more quality family time. The king bed was Soooooo comfortable (a little on the softer side, just how I like it). We felt right at home when we arrived, and continued to feel comfortable throughout our 3-night stay.
