Enjoy your early morning coffee, or afternoon mai tai's and pupu's sitting out on the lanai while watching the humpback whales breaching in the distance, as well as the phenomenal sunsets.

You will enjoy a full 180 degree unobstructed ocean view from this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground level condo, in a 50 unit complex. A smaller complex means not as many guests at the pool, as those complexes with a large number of units.

Located on S Kihei Road, directly across the street from Cove Park, a common surfing location, and one block from Charlie Young & Kamaole I beaches.

Onsite amenities include swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball and on deck BBQ's.

No Resort Fee's for our amenities, and no charges for parking.

The unit contains 2 bedrooms, a king bed in the primary bedroom, and a queen and a twin bed in the second bedroom, full kitchen, in suite laundry, 2 full bathrooms and will comfortably accommodate maximum 5 people. Full Air-conditioning.

Full Renovation completed. Top to Bottom. All new appliances, cabinets, counters, flooring, bathroom fixtures.

Beautiful condo with an unbeatable view. Renotta was quick to respond when we had questions, both prior to the trip and onsite. We had a fantastic stay and are already planning our return trip next year!

My husband, 15 and 12 year old had an outstanding stay. We had never been to Maui and I would stay here again. The town of Kihei is so close to so many options for eating from sit down to take out and groceries. Renotta’s place has an ideal location. We loved waking up to an ocean front view every morning, and watching the sunset every evening. The beach is right across the street, which was great for swimming, snorkeling and surfing. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms are so spacious and plenty of room in the condo to relax. The pool and hot tub were perfect after a beach day, and you could even see the ocean from the pool. We grilled one night by the pool using the grills provided. The grounds are very well kept. Would highly recommend staying here over your fancy hotels!

Great location with amazing views

The location was very convenient, walking distance to many restaurants and multiple beaches. We really loved spending time on the lanai. The unit is spacious and well-furnished. Would definitely stay again.

The AC worked great when we needed it. The unit was beautiful and well stocked. The location of the unit and the complex were perfect for us. Walking distance to great coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and mild waves for beginner surfers.

Super easy to get to from the airport!! The owner/manager are extremely accomodating!! Beds are very comfortable and kitchen fully equipped!! Definitely a place we would consider staying again!!

Work play vacation

We had a wonderful stay doing a little work and a lot of play. It was a perfect location, great views, and we really enjoyed the non-touristy feel of Kihei. Would love to come again and recommend it to friends!

Best Condo in Kihei!

Definitely the best condo in Kihei that we have encountered! Perfect location close to food/shops/beaches a great view a very modern layout/decor. Unusual to find a large/open kitchen and fairly large bedrooms! They also had everything we needed to cook and beach gear!

Newly remodeled condo, with fabulous ocean views, plus excellent pool access, and just steps from the street that will take you to lots of cool shops and restaurants.

Our family of four loved the location and views from the condo. Everything was in great condition. The owner was very helpful with information and things to do in the area. The patio is a beautiful place to watch the sunset!

Beautiful condo and location

We have stayed at this condo in the past and the views never get old. Aside from being beautifully renovated and clean, it is a great location for walking to many restaurants and stores. We will be back!

Beautiful condo in a great location.

This was our first trip to Maui and we had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful and it had everything we needed. It’s in walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. We hope to come back in the future.

Amazing view

Over the years we have stayed multiple places along this stretch of road, this place became our favorite . The property had an amazing view of the ocean, great outdoor facilities and even better location. The unit is nicely updated, very clean and a fully stocked. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful view in and out .

Love the shores of Maui. Great location, within walking distance to many shops and good restaurants. This well appointed unit is beautiful inside with an unobstructed view of the Cove surfers. Great way to watch the world go by.

Marvellous Maui

The property is in an ideal location for exploring the wonderful beaches of Maui. The condo is very comfortable updated .The complex is quiet and very well run , people around very friendly. Morning coffee on the lanai to watch the surfers and the whales is a great way to start the day. Thankyou for the great stay!

Excellent condo

We have stayed many times at this condo over the years. Love the new renovations. Sitting on the deck and enjoying coffee and watching the surfers is our Happy Place. Condo is in a great location and well stocked. Thank You , we will be back soon

Our families have been coming to Maui since the early 80's, it has always been a paradise for us. It is relaxing, easy to get around, and a very comfortable location.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The most unique thing about our property is the ability to sit on the lanai and watch the ocean, whales and surfers at any time. No obstruction to your view, simply breath taking. Not to mention the beautiful renovation completed. We pride ourselves in our crystal clear water in our heated pool.
And remember a smaller complex means not as many guests at the pool.
