This condo was clean, in a safe area, and in a prime location. The host was accommodating and the complex/grounds ware very well maintained. The pool was great, too!

Great stay! Had an issue with the sliding glass door handle and they got it fixed the next day! AC is nice and cold!

A few dings and dents but I notified management and they were responsive with offers to fix any trouble. No major problems and overall it is a good condo in an excellent location.

Thank you for the feedback of the unit. Blue Surf is undergoing a construction project that begins in August in which all sliding doors, windows, balconies and railing will be replaced. During the construction shut down of our units, we will also be doing updates within our units. Next time you visit the entire complex and my units will look different. I hope you host you again in the future!

Great beach vacation

Loved the location and property. The family had a blast and there is a lot of restaurants and things to do in the area. The manager was quick to respond when we had an issue with the bed.

super close to the beach

We had a very good experience renting this unit. The location was fantastic, the unit was nice and clean. And all the neighbors in the nearby units were very friendly , We had a great time and will definitely use again

Perfect location.

Only problem was someone closed the pool at 8pm on two nights. Otherwise, we would stay there again!

We had a good stay overall. The unit was very clean and we appreciated how comfortable and convenient it was. Beach chair service was a nice plus as well. However, for the price we paid, we expected the property to be a bit more updated. The interior doors, in particular, were in rough shape and showed noticeable wear and tear, which took away from the overall appearance of the unit. While this didn’t impact our stay, some cosmetic updates would help the property better reflect its price point. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and appreciated the cleanliness of the unit.

Thank you for your review, as well as your honesty! Blue Surf as a whole is getting ready to undergo a large renovation with the replacement of all sliding doors and windows. Balconies are also going to be replaced with a very nice trex decking and black aluminum railing. I think this will make the entire property look incredible! #16B is the next unit that I have at Blue Surf (I have 8 units) that will undergo a "facelift". I have slowly been working our way through our units doing updates as needed. Next visit, you will be amazed at the difference. I look forward to hosting you again.

Second Time!

This was our second year in a row here and we love it! The location is unbeatable and the amount of space you get is wonderful! We enjoyed both the pool, the beach and of course our favorite place to eat—Pompano Joe’s! Michelle is always super attentive if we ever need anything as well! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful view!

Nice location, a bit busy due to public beach parking across the street during spring break. Very nice to walk to beach and have our chairs and umbrella with our name on it everyday!! Condo was very comfortable, we enjoyed our stay! Michelle our host answered our questions within minutes! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Thank you Soloan! I agree the public beach can be a bit more busy at times than others. Next time, I recommend having your chairs set up down my Pompano Joes. It does tend to be a little less busy that direction. I hope to hear from you again in the future.

Property was as listed and is very convenient to the pool, beach, restaurants which made getting around super easy. Having the beach chairs and umbrella every day made it super easy to get set up at the beach. Only suggestion is adding a lamp in the den so you don’t have to rely on overhead lighting. Kitchen had what we needed and having the washer/dryer in unit was convenient as well.

Nice spot in a perfect location

While we have stayed at Blue Surf before, this was our first time in this unit. This property was great! Clean, fairly updated, and the entire process was very simple from checking in to checking out. The pool area is incredible and relaxing. The two floors make it a great unit for two separate couples as a bedroom is on each floor of the unit. My only suggestion, which was such a minimal inconvenience, I feel silly even mentioning it, is that the ocean view from the balconies would be so much better with counter height patio furniture. We have no doubt that we will be back!

Hey Megan....guess what! That furniture that you suggest has been ordered, actually last October and it has taken that long to come in! We will have brand new patio/balcony furniture for all of our units in a couple of short weeks! I agree, having a seat up higher is going to make that view all the better! 2023 August Vacation

The condo was in a nice location. Only issue was it was on the second floor with another floor in the condo. Nothing major just wasn’t expecting so many stairs. We had a newly mobile baby that loved the stairs. Also, listing said it slept six people with a fold out couch. The couch did not fold out. But it was very roomie.

Very nice place. Fantastic view of pool and ocean. Pool light fell out one day and the pool closed, but the HOA worked hard to get a guy out to fix it. Any issues we had, which were very few, the owner was nice and communicative. We loved the walk-ability of this area and would rent this condo again.

Property was exactly as described, condo was very nice. Had a little issue with the check-in, but everyone responded promptly to emails and texts and eventually we got the situation resolved. The sliding door on the upstairs bedroom overlooking the balcony is extremely hard to open and close - so that needs some work. Main entranceway door lock can be cantankerous to close - but works just fine once you figure it out. Overall, my family had a nice time. The condo is in a great location for us, and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

Was very satisfied with everything, especially the fact that we could bring our dog. This was our first vacation bringing her and everything went well with that. I did however suffer some confusion on check in day. In the info that I received it was said to expect an email or text with the door codes. I was waiting for that but never came in that form. It was a misunderstanding on my part about the ‘portal’. The ‘portal’ wasn’t explicitly defined as ‘the portal’ as I would expect. But everything worked out as the management team was able to help me. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Relax

The condo was clean with plenty of room to relax and the 2 balconies had amazing views! The condo is across from a public beach, so the area was very busy, but it is set back from the road & there is a nice pool in the complex! There is a great walking path & several good restaurants close by. We really enjoyed our stay!
