Over all the place and location is great. I can truly say that the service was excellent and very accessible. Great beach access and the community pool’s are a bonus the relax after the beach.

Great getaway

Very clean, cozy home! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming again. The beach was a bit further than we anticipated, but overall, we had a fantastic time.

This property is excellent for a small family or a couple like us who just want to get away and bring the dogs. This unit was spotless when we checked in and is a short walk to the beach. The subdivision has excellent amenities and is well maintained. We will definitely rent from this Host again. Thank you Sharona!

A great place to stay

Was overall great for me and my family. Angela was always helpful. Maybe a hose outside would be nice though. The house had all the necessary accommodations.

Great experience

We had a wonderful time! The house was nice, looks exactly like the pictures, and was pretty clean. The subdivision had easy access to the beach, a solid shuttle service, and was generally a very peaceful place to visit. We'll definitely be coming back next year.

Excellent location and the listing of the house was accurate. Communication with the property manager prior to arrival was a slow response to questions however manager responded great once we arrived and checked out.

Nice, clean, good location

We had a good stay. We were happy with cleanliness of house & good room sizes. I would say kitchen is minimal stocked though. Good communication with property manager. We had no issues.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Del Mare! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Every room was well maintained, and the attention to detail throughout the property was impressive. The private beach was peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The pool was clean, well maintained, and one of our favorite amenities during the stay. The host was truly exceptional. They provided outstanding communication, were friendly, attentive, professional, and always quick to respond. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and their hospitality made the entire experience stress free and enjoyable. Cleanliness was top notch. The property was immaculate upon arrival and clearly very well cared for. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities, convenient location, and welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a true home away from home. Villa Del Mare exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, well equipped vacation rental with a wonderful host, beautiful private beach access, and a fantastic pool, this is the perfect place. We highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again. Thank you for an unforgettable stay and for helping create wonderful memories for our family. We look forward to returning in the future soon!

Very nice area and home. We were very happy with the whole process and home. I highly recommend this home to everyone specially a family with kids. The area is quiet and a lot of families around.

Roomy

We had lots of space for just 3 of us. Our daughters bed was the most comfortable place to lay. I’m 24 weeks pregnant so the couches and master room bed weren’t the most comfy for me. We had plenty of towels. I did have to rewash dishes because a residue was left by the dishwasher tablets. We had to buy laundry detergent and bought more toilet paper on day 4.

Location, location, location, this property has it. Maybe the most conveniently located of any place we've stayed. The neighborhood is very quiet and doesn't feel like it is crowed with vacationers. Lower rating on communication - we never received check-in information (I called before leaving to receive), wrong gate code included and no beach gate code included.. Only three old face cloths provided is only a slight complaint so we bought more. The property was very clean and no bugs spotted. Would definitely recommend this property.

An overall great stay at this house!

We had a little hiccups in the beginning, however I could not have asked for better management to deal with. They were responsive and the problem with dealt with immediately. We had a great time and the property was nice! The location is just a bit of a walk, but worth it, maybe 8 minutes. Thank you for our stay at your property!

Villa Del Mare

Clean and nice. Lovely kitchen and main room. Good kitchen equipment. Main bathroom needs updates. Neighborhood is quaint and beautiful.

Nice

The house was just as pictured in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach. We did have to message the manager to get the check in information after our check in time. They also didn’t see a couple of other messages that we sent through the app. Kitchen very nice but minimally stocked. Bring your own trash bags and hot pads, if you plan to use the oven. This was our first VRBO, so maybe that’s to be expected. Beds were not comfortable, which was disappointing. Overall, very nice house.
