We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the issue with the toilet paper holder. Our maintenance team is available on-site until 5 pm every day, and we would have been more than happy to address this for you promptly. Regarding the balcony, we apologize if there was any confusion. As you may have noticed during the booking process, the property is not advertised as having a balcony due to its smaller size. We hope that you still enjoyed your stay and had the opportunity to explore the beautiful neighborhood. Thank you very much for your kind feedback, Holly. We sincerely apologize you were disappointed with your stay and wish we could’ve assisted in making it different. Firstly, in order to avoid the number of fraudulent chargebacks that we have experienced in the past (Miami has the higher ranking of fraudulent chargebacks in the USA) our attorneys and our bank asked us to physically use the same credit card used by the guest for the first payment and charge the balance using our Square reader. This is why the person who checked you in asked you to meet in person. Below you can find what we sent you at the moment of confirming your booking on October 5th at 1:31 pm: “I have confirmed your reservation for Jan 15, 2023 - Jan 20, 2023 and you have been charged 30%, it will appear in your bank account as MIAMI VACATION RENTALS, the balance will be paid in the check-in. Remember that for security reasons you will be asked to show your ID and Credit Card used for reservation payment the check-in.” Each host can decide how the payments are made, either VRBO takes care of them or the company, we decided to take care of them ourselves, as there were too many chargebacks. Unfortunately, we had to implement these rules as some people have not been trustworthy in the past and it is also the advice of our attorneys. In regard to cleanliness, Our housekeeping team always leaves the apartments in pristine condition, but in the event, that something is overlooked, we always try to make it right. In your case, we were not notified about the cleaning. We would’ve loved to pass by to assist immediately. Nevertheless, we have shared your feedback with our housekeeping team and have taken the necessary steps so this does not happen again. As for the balcony, please note we purposely don’t add this as part of the listing because it is not considered a big enough balcony. We have shared the information about the attendant entering your room with the building management, as it was not a member of our team. Our site manager accidentally knocked on your door, which was an unintentional mistake, and we apologize for this. The Wi-Fi network will get connected once the password is introduced with no need to download any external app. We are very sorry you didn't have the experience you imagined and hope you'll give us another chance in the near future. As for the swimming pool, we are glad we were able to accommodate access within the property next door. As for the balcony, we do not list this apartment with a balcony, as indeed, it is tiny. We have never had any problem with intruders and assure you the security within the hotel is great. It was lovely hosting you in our apartment and hope you'll visit again soon! Thanks again, Kayla!

Thanks for your feedback, Steven. Please note, this apartment is not listed as having a balcony, we do not even add that it has a small space. The amenities such as a pool and gym have always been available. At this time the restaurant is under construction, however, you have a great restaurant a minute away walk from the Arya entrance. As for the elevators, please note they are now all fully operative, we apologize for this unforeseen inconvenience. In the listing, we also mention parking is included and we also send a pre-arrival email and text informing you of this. Nevertheless, we are happy you enjoyed the great neighborhood and all there is to do within walking distance!
