The view was great. I always enjoy the Arya and Coconut Grove. This unit was well maintained. The stay was compromised by neighboring units. Maybe the walls were too thin or maybe I was just unlucky to have visitors on both sides that were audibly loud (music played too loud and too long into the night and voices heard through the wall verifying their enjoyment of their stay.)

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m glad the view, the Arya, and Coconut Grove worked well for you and that the unit was well maintained. I’m sorry your stay was disrupted by noisy neighbors — I understand how frustrating that is. I’ve shared your comments with building management so they can address noise issues and reinforce quiet hours. We appreciate the feedback and hope to welcome you back.

This place is perfect for a Romantic stay, we enjoyed everything thing and the view was magnificent. Got soaked everyday with the shining Sun by the pool with available towels, hot tub and majestic view. Kitchen got everything we would need, truly felt like home. I would have stayed longer if I could, truly didn’t want to leave.

Perfect unit for a couple.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Arya. Unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Also, great view, great location and great pool. Communication with manager was good but check-in was a bit confusing (not the same as having someone meet you in person).

We stayed here on our wedding night and it was just perfect. The location and proximity was incredible and the kitchen was perfect for hosting as people came in and out if our room all day while I was getting ready. Check in was a breeze. View was stunning. Overall it was Perfect for our purposes.

We’ve used Miami Vacation Rentals twice now and have yet to be disappointed. We love Hotel Ayra, the location and the units. We’ve already booked again for UM Homecoming Weekend. I can’t recommend this location and these hosts anymore!

Great View and location

We would stay at this property again. It is walking distance of many good restaurants and shops as well as the waterfront. Our stay was during the Coconut Grove Arts festival so streets were blocked off and very crowded and prices inflated. We might choose a different week next time since purpose of our visit was to visit our adult daughter rather than attend the festival.

Awesome property...great neighborhood

This is such a cute place. From the relaxation-scented lobby to the beautiful water views. The location was convenient to many restaurants, bars & shops as well as the marina. Clean with a super comfy bed and stocked kitchen. Spent quite a bit of time on the balcony enjoying the views and the breeze. Having a parking spot included to freely come a go was a huge plus. Property manager was very responsive. We will definitely stay here if we are in this area again.
