Our stay was a perfect escape to the Tahoe area with easy access to Kings Beach and neighboring communities. The condo was clean, cozy & quiet and the pantry and kitchen well stocked; weespecially appreciated the electric kettle.Kelly alerted us to some construction in the area before we arrived as well as the potential of a power outage in the area and where to find flashlights if needed. Would come back!

We had a wonderful time at this cozy condo! The location in Kingswood Village is perfect—super quiet, but still a quick walk or drive to downtown Kings Beach, the grocery store, and restaurants. The tri-level layout was fantastic for our group of three adults, giving everyone plenty of privacy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook.Pro tip: cell service is pretty spotty around that area, so make sure to screenshot your check in instructions before you head over!Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely return.

We were there for a wedding and have been coming up to Lake Tahoe for years. Our host Kelly was great. She was very helpful with check-in and was easy to get a hold of. I would recommend her place to anyone looking to stay in the Kings Beach area. Her condo is clean and welcoming. Thanks again Kelly!

We had a great stay , super cute and clean. Great location for us as we were on a ski trip .. Host was communicative and made sure we had everything we need. Would definitely go back when visiting Tahoe again!

Great stay for a ski trip

The property was very clean and nice— better than the pictures looked even. It was spacious and had the basic amenities. The gas fireplace was a nice touch as well. I would definitely stay again!

Our stay was wonderful. Very comfortable. Location is perfect just a short drive to the lake, grocery store and dining. Condo was clean and stocked nicely with anything you could need. Owner was great with communication on any questions we had! Would stay here again. Ty!

Fabulous Weekend Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful townhome which was well-equipped. We also enjoyed the community amenities while we were there. Great location to a lot of attractions in the Lake Tahoe area along with convenient shopping. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Very Enjoyable Snow Trip

House was clean and as described. Very nice and quaint area. We had went as a request from our kids as their birthdayh trip, and we all had a good time. Place was quite comfortable and cozy. Would come back again.

Tahoe Getaway

A cozy place that is quiet and off the main highway, yet close to everything on the North and West side of the lake! Everything was as advertised with a great pool, bocce ball and courts for entertainment while at the facility! The host was awesome and very responsive to questions!
