House was in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Loved sitting on the deck watching the goats, horses and chickens next door. House was clean and comfortable. Towels were luxurious! Kitchen was well-stocked. Nice location; close to everything. Communication was our host was exceptional. Great wi-fi and desk & chair for our laptop use. We had a really nice time here and will return if we are in the area.

We had a wonderful month-long stay. Beautiful house, lovely setting, perfect location. Our dog loved it too. The bed was super comfortable. Nice bedding and towels. The best-equipped kitchen I’ve ever had in a rental property. Even had an Instant Pot! Would definitely stay here again. Charo and Mike were awesome hosts!

This was a great house for our stay. It was very close to the wedding venue we were attending. It was clean and had great linens. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the farm next door.

Lovely home with plenty of space, comfortable beds, was great for our needs! The host was very responsive when there was a temporary wifi issue. Kitchen was well-stocked overall, very cute place.

So close to everything in Johnson City but once we arrived it was like we were way out in the beautiful Eastern TN country. The house was perfect for what we needed and the views fromThe wonderful back porch was great. Ans loved the sunsets out the front. Great stay

Perfect quiet house and neighborhood!

We stayed here one night ahead of staying with family, and it was lovely! The neighborhood is quiet and the house is spacious and well appointed. The neighborhood feels safe, and you’re right off the main road with everything you could need! Would absolutely stay again.

The Hillside Hideaway was exactly what we hoped for: clean, comfortable, quiet, close to shopping and restaurants and a safe environment for our nine-year old pup Lucy. We stayed four nights during a mild weather period, and we made the most of the trails and parks in the area. My husband and I are in our seventies -- we live an hour way from Johnson City and we enjoy mini-vacations that don't require long-distance travel. This spot was perfect for us!

We had an incredible stay! Our host provided all of the necessary information before our arrival and had even more information at the house. We were able to enjoy our family and the area without worrying about issues with the home. The kitchen was perfect and well supplied for our Thanksgiving meal.

Great location

Clean, great kitchen, had an espresso machine. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Was able to enjoy a nice stroll in the evening.

Feels like home

Our stay was great. The home is extremely clean and decorated so nicely. It also has everything you need for your stay. And the view was amazing. It’s close to town but you have a country view. We will definitely stay there again if we come back to Johnson City.

The host was very accommodating and very responsive. The house is immaculate and provides everything that we needed for a very enjoyable long weeekend visit with our son and his fiancée. The home is located near everything needed but far enough away to have complete peace and quiet. We even enjoyed the snow!!
