Soraya was a perfect guest someone who was patient and understanding when we had a breakdown the RO Water system (This rarely happens, and I believe it happened last time 7-8 years back). This system is back up and running and we are now in process of putting a back system to avoid this in future. The house has been upgraded to Gigbit Internet which is rare in that part and has been a great help with Smart TVs in common areas and ability to use Internet throughout the house. Soraya's family loved this house for their family get together. Initially, they had a few questions about 4x4, however they were very pleased once we answered those questions and loved the privacy of the 4x4 area. This home is part of a unique vacation opportunity in the Outerbanks 4x4 area. The home is perfect for Weddings Large & Small, Corporate events, family reunions. It can be rented with the other two homes which are next to this house i.e. The Mark Twain and Hemingway. The Three homes together consist of 46 bedrooms which include a total of over 11 acres of Oceanfront Splendor. Each magnificent home has a heated pool, gazebo, many bedrooms, spacious decks, and plenty of places to enjoy sunrises on the ocean, sunsets on the sound, and the wild horses of Corolla! There are several transportation options for you and your guests at this 4-wheel drive-only property. The Three Authors Oceanfront Homes are the perfect place for a wedding, family reunion, or any other occasion. We look forward to hosting Soraya and her family again.

We did send additional silverware right away once we heard about the shortage. For cleaning concerns like the dishwashers, we offer a 24-hour window to let us know so we can send our cleaning team back out and make it right — we're sorry that wasn't used this time so we could address things sooner, as things can occasionally get missed during turnover cleaning.
