Great Property/Clean/Spacious

My husband and I stayed here for a week visiting friends and family in the Denver Area. The property was very comfortable, spacious, updated and clean. Plenty of room. The amenities were excellent! Great communication with the owner. I would stay here again! Thank you David!

Beautiful Neighborhood and Area

Wonderful basement stay for our family Colorado vacation! Owners of the property live above and as a DIY guru they did an excellent job with this property. The neighborhood and area that this property is located was very impressive and clean. It was like we were living in a twilight zone and we didn't come across any dirty, poor, or run down areas during our visit. Felt very safe and made my wife ask why do we still live in Texas? It had everything we needed and was centrally located for all our activities. It had a countertop induction stove, which my wife did have issues boiling water and using it. It would be nice to include some instructions. Property included a fridge, which we filled with a trip to the nearby Super Target, another twilight zone situation, so clean and we had everything to ourselves in the store. Area is very nice and was kinda freakin us out as the people in the area take pride in their communities! Two comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom, a washer and dryer. The outside sitting area was relaxing and included a grill, which we used for hot dogs. The property does bump up against a road, but it wasn't too distracting. Activity locations with a reasonable distance from property (Colorado miles are longer than Texas miles): Manitou, Denver, Estes Park (1.5hr) Owner was very responsive and cares. 5* Only issue with the property was since it was a basement we heard folks walking above and the flushing of the toilet multiple times during the night.

Delightful Denver Stay

This property is nicely situated in a lovely and quiet neighborhood a short distance from many famous Colorado attractions. Our host was responsive to all of our inquiries and made sure our stay was pleasant. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay

Very clean. Bed was quite comfortable. Shower height was a pleasant discovery. Access was easy and clear. Parking was great. Communication with property owner, promptly responded. We would certainly return. We can HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Excellent Stay!

This VRBO was excellent & just as described in the description & pictures. It was in the perfect location for us, exceptionally clean and the accommodations were perfect. Access to property, wifi, etc. very clear and precise. All in all a great place to be. We hope to return.

The property was centrally located, easy to access mayor highways, local eateries and shopping. The property itself seems professionally kept, from the well manicured landscaped backyard and entryway through the entire apartment. The property was beautiful with plenty of space and comfortability, beautifully decorated couldnt ask for more the communication with landlord was excellent. Highly recommended

Me, my wife, and two kids stayed here for 7 days and it was perfect! The check in process was very easy and the property was very clean and spacious for us. We will book this property again next year if we play here again.

Wonderful family space

This place was stunning! It was very clean and updated! We loved the huge TV and disco lights! The living area was phenomenal! We also liked the split bedroom plan and the kitchen area. We used the grill too! It was a nice safe neighborhood with plenty of conveniences nearby!

Very nice place for a week’s stay for our party of 4. Place was very clean and provided everything we needed. Location was fantastic, with plenty of eateries, grocery and shops nearby; and not too far from downtown Denver. Check-in and check-out was super easy too. We’d definitely stay again next time we’re in the area; highly recommend.

Beautiful home; so cozy. Clean! Excellent communication with the owner. Hot water, comfy couch, HUGE tv and I am now going to have to buy the hairdryer they supplied; lol - it was better than my hairdryer at home! Will def recommend and tell my friends about it! TY for a wonderful stay David :)
