This single level condo is located 6 blocks to the Plaza. The home offers privacy and convenience and features hardwood floors throughout, hand troweled plaster walls, one bedroom is an en-suite with it's own full bath, washer and dryer. All rooms have their own access to an outdoor patio for indoor/outdoor enjoyment. Private patios for outdoor dining or morning coffee. For hikers and mountain bikers, it's less than a 5 minute drive to the Dale Ball tail head which access most of the trails throughout the foothills and high altitude mountain trails. For the winter enthusiast, the home is only 2 blocks to Hyde Park Rd. which is a straight 20 minute drive up to the Santa Fe Ski Basin.

The host was SUPER responsive. When we informed him we’d be arriving late, he stopped by the casita to turn on some lights so we wouldn’t arrive at a dark unit. The casita is adorable and very well appointed. Comfortable and just a short walk to the plaza. Highly recommended!!

This was our second stay and we very much look forward to returning again! The home is a clean, well-kept, up to date and comfortable. The owner has fantastic communication and followed up during our stay to see if we needed anything. The home is a very easy walk to the Plaza, so nearly every thing we needed was minutes away. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio as well. Five stars!

The casita was perfect. Adorable, well appointed, comfy and amazing location. Walkable to the plaza yet quiet and serene. Lovely outdoor space for morning coffee. Michael is a welcoming and helpful host. Highly recommend!

This was the best equipped rental property I have stayed at. Everything was premium quality, from the glassware to the Weber grill. There was even a meat thermometer in a kitchen drawer. The beds were very comfortable (although they might be a little high for shorter people). Everything was clean and neat, and the host was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, too. I would stay there again next time I go to Santa Fe.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The property is very clean and attractive and is very well-furnished with everything you could need. It is close to the downtown area so the location is great! The host is very communicative and responsive. We would highly recommend this property!

Great spot! Stayed here with my wife and another couple. There's a small courtyard in the front were we hung out when we were at the condo but mostly spent our time out exploring Santa Fe and surroundings. It's a short walk into town through a nice residential neighborhood. The host was super helpful in providing recommendations. Easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would stay here again.

Excellent home base for exploring Santa Fe. Easy walk to the Plaza and restaurants. Kitchen had many, if not all, the essentials for making meals if you wanted. Host was fabulous at responding to questions. The property was spotless. We would definitely stay here again.

A very responsible and responsive host. Well maintained unit in a god neighborhood just northwest of the plaza which is more convenient for recreational access than sites south of the plaza.

Absolutely lovely place to stay, very nicely set up — fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, patio — and very convenient to the Plaza and Santa Fe Opera. We enjoyed being on such a pleasant, quiet street with only a short walk to the plaza and easy drive on back streets to the opera. The property is nicely furnished, great balance of classy and comfortable Southwest style. It’s also well-lit, with skylights in the kitchen and rear bath. It was an ideal size for us, two couples, just the right amount of private and shared space.If I were being picky, the only quirks I could note would be that the beds are quite high up, and for light sleepers it’d be great to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms. (That said, each bedroom has full curtains that do block much of the morning light.)Communication with the host and check-in/check-out were pleasant and seamless. What a gem of a place to stay. We’ll be hoping for a return visit next trip to Santa Fe.

I moved to Santa Fe from Chicago in the late 80's and the move changed my life from head to toe. I love Santa Fe for the weather and the access to the outdoors and mountains along with the culture, history and culinary options. Plus, it don't mind the 320+ days of sunshine every year. :-)

The unique features about this property is that if you are visiting during the warmer months, every room including the bedrooms have access to private outdoor spaces and you can walk everywhere from this location. If you are visiting during the winter months and enjoy skiing, it's two blocks from the Ski Basin Rd. which ends at the Santa Fe Ski basin parking lot. During the spring, summer and fall months, the same road takes you to to dozens of trail heads that offers over a hundred miles of hiking and mountain biking trails through the Sangre De Cristo Mountains.
