The location of this condo was great, it’s just steps away from local restaurants and shopping. Unit was clean and had supplies for whatever you may need; beach days, cooking meals, a day at the pool.

Property was spotless and check-in was easy. Central to everything so just a short walk to whatever you need . Only worry some comment is the shoring in the garage.

The apartment itself is wonderful, great location. The checkin and associated rules about parking, trash, etc. were a pain. The underground parking garage was a mess. I was there during Hurricane Lala, and they extended my stay but forgot to tell the cleaning crew and forgot to extend the door code so I was briefly locked out.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re so glad you enjoyed the apartment and its location, and we truly apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. Hurricane Lala created some unusual circumstances, and while we were happy to extend your stay to help accommodate you during the storm, we sincerely apologize that the extension was not properly communicated to our cleaning team and that your door code was not extended at the same time. That was an oversight on our part, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to be temporarily locked out. The parking and trash procedures are requirements of the condominium complex, but we appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to make those instructions as clear and easy as possible for our guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and we’re very happy to hear that overall you found the apartment wonderful and enjoyed the location.

Great location!

The property is located in the heart of historic Kona, with shops, restaurants, farmer's market and access to the water all within walking distance. The property staff were super-responsive and beach supplies well stocked. We had a great time!

Property was front and center to Downtown Kona. Clean and fully updated. Tge beach chairs, umbrellas, and cooler bag were so handy.
