Beautiful condo in a beautiful complex. Easily exceeded our expectations. Kitchen was completely fitted out, even with shopping bags and glass containers for food. It was a joy to cook in. Beds were super comfortable with cloud like duvets. One of the best Vrbo we've ever stayed at!

Very nice place. Very well taken care of. AC worked great. Very close to the downtown area. Centrally located in the Kona area. I feel like the condo is used by the owners frequently so it’s real well taken care of.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The unit itself is super cute, spotlessly clean, and extremely well-equipped with everything we needed. While the building is a bit older, the unit has been thoughtfully upgraded with great modern amenities—including cold AC, smart TVs, and tons of convenient charging stations. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and features fantastic ocean views! While the ocean view directly from the unit is limited, the scenery right outside our window was still lovely—we loved looking out at the neighboring nene farm and lush natural grounds filled with banana, coconut, and other fruit trees. Location-wise, it couldn't be better. It’s perfectly situated within short walking distance to local beaches, shops, and restaurants. To top it off, the host was wonderfully communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was neat and clean. We loved having all the hooks everywhere to hang our things. There was so much beach equipment for us to use which the kids enjoyed. Communication was great and the location was perfect. Everything was as described. We would stay here again without hesitation!

Wonderful condo. The kitchen is well stocked. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and blankets. The condo is so comfortable and clean! There is a beautiful lanai! Wonderful location!

Clean, well located, well equiped two-bedroom second floor condo with dining room, living room, private balcony and access to a very nice pool. Comfortable for our family of four with two teenage daughters. Many nice touches including dedicated parking spot, full laundry, in-shower hooks for drying bathing suits, quiet ceiling fans, beach supplies, ice maker, and kitchen supplies. Responsive owners with an on-island contact just in case. We would return.

Very clean condo with a wonderful location and wrap around porch. I wished we stayed longer. The complex had a huge pool that went to 8ft. It is much larger than the pictures make it look. We absolutely loved our stay. Thank you!

This apartment was perfect for my visit. Situated amidst trees with birds singing their lovely songs, it was quiet and right across the street from the ocean. Centrally located, there were restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores, and places to rent snorkel gear if you needed it (which I did) within easy distance! The check in process was super easy, and our hosts were so kind and communicated in a very timely fashion if there were any questions. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

Such a wonderful place to stay when at the Big Island. Perfectly located near everything we wanted to see/do on the Kona side. Exactly as described in the pictures.

This was a fabulous condo to stay at for a week. It was very spacious, you felt like you had plenty of space to live and spread out. The beds were the most comfortable beds that I have ever used outside of my home, I could have stayed in them all day. Check in was extremely easy and the owner had excellent communication with us. The kids loved the warm salt water pool, it was even lit up at night which was fun. Overall the condo buildings are very quiet, but you will hear roosters in the morning if you’re a light sleeper. We appreciated the many cooler options available for our long trek to VNP, and to hold water for the beach. Be aware, if you plan to go to one of the small beaches directly across the street you HAVE to use water shoes. My kids stepped on Black Sea urchins within hours of arrival. We left behind plenty of white vinegar if it happens anyway :) We would absolutely stay here again! We may be in Maui right now, but I would gladly leave here immediately to go back to BI and this wonderful condo. Don’t pass this place up if it’s available!

Great place!

Wonderful place! Hidden gem, very spacious, provided everything you will need and our favorite was the porch in the back. The pool area was super nice. So close to everything and I would stay here again. AC worked great and super clean. It was prefect.

Stay was awesome! Hot tub was hot at night! Views were awesome! Felt like we were in a tropical paradise off the back porch! Pool is refreshing and well kept! Highly recommend!
