This cottage is dog friendly with a fenced in yard. Although only 600 sq ft. it is spacious. Enjoy your time under the covered patio. Enjoy a cozy campfire or relax inside around the fireplace. Enjoy access to all-sports Arnold Lake which is just a short walk from the cottage. Bring your ATVs and enjoy the nearby trails, spend time fishing , golfing or exploring other Mid Michigan towns.

Loved your place. It was very cozy and they thought of every detail. The dogs loved the big yard. Would definitely recommend and stay again when I'm the area.

Property was as advertised. Very clean, pet friendly with a fenced yard. Backyard was nice with a fire pit and plenty of seating. Wi-Fi worked well. I was able to connect all devices with good speed. Close access to lakes and trails.

Great cabin!

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It is very comfortable for small groups and clean. The location is great and walking distance to lakes. We’ll book it again when we come back!

Wonderful place.

Highly recommend this property. Host is wonderful about making sure you have everything you could need and communication was superb.

Great stay!

Overall our stay was great! There was nice supplies left for use during our stay. Everything was clean and organized. The backyard was great to hang out in, many different seating areas to choose from. Our doggo had a great time playing fetch in the yard. I will however say that the neighbor has two what appear to be golden doodles whom are not the nicest dog's, the owners of the cabin have zero control over this. But if you a dog who is not really friendly with dogs this might cause an issue as the dogs were jumping at the top of the fence towards our dog- just a heads up! Over all a great time and woould not hesitate to return with our doggo!

Deer season

We were looking for a place to stay for hunting. My sons and I found this place it was a nice stay and suited us well. The listing does not show the amount of little details in this cabin. Thank you for a nice stay.

So. Much. Charm!!!

My two sons and our dog stayed 3 nights and we were all thrilled with this cabin! Even my teenage sons couldn't stop talking about how cool and cozy it was. We felt like we were still discovering charming little details even on day three. It's clear that a lot of talent and craftsmanship have gone into this property and you can almost feel the warmth and love of family there. We just loved it. It was nice to have a fenced in yard for our dog (tho he fell in love with the dog next door and we had a hard time keeping them from trying to dig their way to eachother lol. Thankfully the neighbor was very friendly.) Shelly was very easy to communicate with; she was helpful and responded quickly. We enjoyed going to Adventureland in Harrison to ride go-karts, play putt-putt, get ice cream and use the batting cages. We also went canoeing on the Ausable and we'd like to return and check out Wilson State Park. There really is a ton of things to do nearby and we'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Halloween cabin getaway

My fiance, dog, and I had a great stay and loved all the halloween decor. The backyard patio and fire pit area was so charming! It was helpful that the backyard is completely fenced in and they had all the necessities to make our stay comfortable.

Good To Get Away

We really enjoyed our weekend away and this place was wonderful. Walking out the patio doors we loved the backyard and spent a lot of our time out there from playing games, eating lunch and sitting by the campfire. It was perfect for our dog too. The only complaints we really have are the sheets didn't seem clean for the bunk bed, we couldn't find a lighter for the campfire and there was only one kitchen towel and one hand towel for the bathroom. The shower is small but it served the purpose. Communication with owner was so so. Besides a few minor faults we would still recommend this place and we liked staying there, very much so.

wonderful place

the place was a very nice place loved it and loved the back deck ,out door games also to play and a beautiful nice place to sit outside and a nice fire pit every thing was so convenient and washer and dryer was very convenient would recommend it to others. Thanks Shelly Dorr! beautiful yard also! This place was close Cranberry Lake nearby cities by Clare Michigan ,,,Mount Pleasant the soaring Eagle Casino it was a enjoyable place in Harrison City.

Tradition

Second stay at this property, very cozy place with a nice outside area. Upgrades from last stay and owner even got a bigger coffee maker which was my only critique last time. Had a wonderful time again. :D
