The house was very clean. We had trouble with the locks but the host always responded in a timely manner to help. Our biggest disappointment was the remoteness of the house and that we had to travel to the beach. It is oceanfront property and has a beautiful relaxing view, but you don’t just walk out to the beach.

Comfortable beach house

Secluded location with a short walk to the beach.

Nice for the price

Neighborhood is a bit off the path but, pretty much everyone keeps to themselves. I would stay again.

This place is a gem exterior is well kept inside is comfortable, but hot water is not hot, second bathroom is need updated, communication are excellent. I will stay again with hot water

40th Birthday

This place was awesome. Terry was very helpful and also concerned about our whereabouts. The only bad thing is the house is about 40 min from all the action. That’s a long drive after a full day of fun.

The ocean view was the best feature of the house. Breathtaking view. A great beach was only 15 min away and the rainforest and San Juan were 35 minutes away in opposite directions. The beds were very uncomfortable. The WiFi was not connected properly. Only one bathroom had a working shower with hot water. It was very difficult to find the property and to enter the house with all of the different keys and codes. I was also given the wrong code for the front door. There were ants in the kitchen. The pots were in very poor condition.
