Great location roomy condo. Could have been just a bit cleaner. Great view, nice pool. No parking issues. Smooth and easy check in.

Great condo! Had everything we needed. I will say that the sofa bed was not too comfortable, but the sofa itself was! Great views, awesome pool, and quiet. We all had the best time and would definitely rebook this condo in the future.

It was great! Only issue was the elevator which was slow, didn’t always work, and on day 6 went completely down. But the property and beach were nice!

Awesome place to stay. Right on the beach!

The condo was great for the price. Great views from balcony, everything you need in kitchen, and plenty of space. First time staying in perdido key, Its a great place for family and the beaches are beautiful.

Great location

Everything was as advertised and check-in was as easy as punching in the key code we received before arriving. We loved being so close to the beach.

Great Getaway

The condo was as described. Very clean and everything that we needed was there (kitchen supplies). The view was fantastic and weather was excellent for late September. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to unwind!

The property was in good shape, was able to get in with code provided with no issues. Very clean, they left plenty of towels and kitchen items to get me through my stay. The view was perfect and my stay was incredibly relaxing. I will definitely be back.

Perfect location

My mom and I stayed here for a girl's getaway. There is a shopping center across the street with restaurants and a coffee/ice cream shop, a couple of gift shops, a women's boutique, a local art gallery and more. The condo is perfect for 2, has everything you need and the Publix is just a short distance away. The condo is clean but needs a good deep clean but it is nice and perfect for a week at the beach.

The condo was great, the only downside was that the keypad on the door did not work half the time so we spent a little time being locked out.

GREAT TIME

I will say the place was great.Everything was clean and neat and bright.Would not hesitate to come back to same condo. It overlooked pool and on second floor view was perfect.The outside grounds are very well kept also.The restraunt was right across the street and their fried grouper sandwich was excellent . this is a casual restraunt and the people were friendly.There is another casual bar/restaraunt about a block down,JELLYFISH , its great as well.

it was great to be on the beach. shower was on backwards. hot was cold. bathroom sink was backing up. drain could be cleaned. stopper broken. help came quick.

Great Location

The unit is in a great location and was fairly well cleaned before my stay. The unit is showing age and is in need of maintenance & repairs. The outside chairs were not at all ergonomic nor functional. The inside recliner was showing its age and well worn. All in all, the value was decent. The ongoing construction noise and clutter were not appealing.
