Take in breath-taking views of one of the most beautiful beaches on the Emerald Coast from our spacious 6th floor balcony. Other Amenities include; beachfront pool, exercise room, washer and dryer in the unit, hallway bunks for small children, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, extended cable tv with music channels, 2 flatscreen tv's, a fully stocked kitchen, free wifi, and keyless Kaba lock entry for easy access.

Perfect stay

Just right. Loved the balcony - great beach view & surf sound. We appreciate the quieter relaxed vibe in this area. Nicely equipped condo; comfortable quality furniture & kitchen items. Great responsive host. We'll stay again, for sure.

Not long enough

My mom and I take an annual beach trip together every year. This was our 2nd time in this unit and we have come to love it! Unfortunately our trip got cut short this time due to a family emergency but we are already looking forward to next year! Excellent place to stay and great location!

Beautiful view of the beach

This was our second time staying at Perdido Skye but this was a different unit. Very nicely furnished. Beautiful view of the beach and water from the 6th floor balcony. Similar to the unit we had a few years ago so I'm assuming all the units in the building will be nice. My husband and I didn't need the 2 bunkbeds, but just saying ,they are only long enough for children, not adults. We came to spend time listening to music at Flora-Bama which is only about 5 miles away. We were here when Hurricane Helene passed to our east. We live in central Florida and we were worried about roads still being closed on our way home, the owner graciously let us stay an extra night and all roads were cleared before we had to travel.

Perfect

The nicest and cleanest place so far during the last three years. They thought of everything to make the stay as convenient as possible. This is the one you want to rent in Perdido Skye. Perfect for a couple or small family. The building has had some considerable updating as well. Only one parking spot per unit is the only drawback if you are traveling with family.

Weekend Getaway

Great location right on the beach, close to several restaurants, shopping. Great condo. Construction going on remodeling the building was the only blight, otherwise great place for a quick getaway and perfect for us to relax and unwind on a beautiful, smooth sandy beach.

Girls weekend

Perfect spot for me and my BFF to get away for a weekend. Beautiful condo with sufficient supplies, coffee filters, salt, pepper, towels, blow dryer, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, ice maker, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Stay here! You will love it.

We have been going to the beach every summer for many years. This was absolutely the best stocked condo we have ever stayed in. They even had flashlights for walking on the beach at night! Everything was very clean and in great working condition. Owners were very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Condo

We loved staying here! The condo is super cute, clean, and nicely decorated. It’s a good size for a family and has bunks suitable for two young kids, plus a pullout sofa. This was a parents’ getaway for just the two of us, and it was wonderful for a couple, too. The kitchen is well equipped, and having a washer and dryer was really helpful. The bed was comfortable and everything in the condo worked great. The two provided folding beach chairs were awesome, really good quality. The balcony is a good size and perfect for morning coffee and late night hanging out. Perdido Skye is right outside of Pensacola, so there are plenty of restaurants (especially seafood) and shopping in reasonable distance (you have to go to Flora-Bama at least once!). We also loved walking across the street to Vilaggio, which has restaurants, two souvenir shops, and a coffee/ice cream shop. The beach wasn’t too crowded, and since there’s a gap between buildings nearby (West), that side of the beach is really quiet. Rental beach chairs with umbrellas are available (though we brought our own popup and towels). We liked this building and unit so much, we may come back and bring the kids. Highly recommended!

Perfect location

Lovely condo right on the beach with a pool. Perfect location for our family as it was easy to get off the island and into Pensacola. Nice shops and restaurants just across the road. The condo was very cozy and just as described. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Coastal Retreat @ Perdido Skye

My husband & I had the perfect mini vacay! The condo was great..perfect views & well stocked. It was the easiest check-in & out experience. The owner is very nice & very prompt w her repsonses...which is SO appreciated! Thank you for the easist vacation ever! We will definitely be staying at the Coastal Retreat at Perdido Skye again in the future!

Great beach get-away!

We stayed over Labor Day weekend. The weather blessed us with little rain as it was forecasted to rain the entire time. The property had everything we needed and it was well laid out. Perfect for our get away. Location is great. Check-in and out was simple. We had no worries. Highly recommended and will book again. Thank you!

Summer getaway.

Condo was decorated so cute and beachy. Walk to beach had easy access. Elevator on complex was slow and broke down couple of times which was an inconvenience but not the condo owners fault.

Perfect Quiet Getaway!

My husband and I stayed at this property for a little “baby moon” before our first child. It was perfect location and very quiet. It was very relaxing and quick access to the beach. Exactly what we were looking for! Would definitely stay again! :)

Nice but very high humidity in room.

Nice but due to very high humidity everything felt damp. Bed linens were uncomfortable due to the dampness.

When we saw the Perdido Skye Condominiums, it felt like a home away from home because it was a low density complex. Also, we loved the fact the Perdido Key area is very family-oriented and peaceful. Perdido Key Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Emerald Coast and because of the low density of this area, there is always plenty of space on the beach all year long.
