Great stay

Our family enjoyed hanging by the pool and being able to fish off the dock. We loved how quiet the area was and safe. It had everything we needed and was a good centralized location to be able to experience other areas. I would 100% book again.

So welcoming, perfect communication through VRBO and WhatsApp. The mermaid house is so thoughtfully appointed for everything needed for a relaxing getaway, plus so much room inside living area, the covered patio, pool, yard, gazebo, and dock to entertain. The master bedroom shower is massive! Would definitely stay again!

Amazing house and hosts!!!

Amazing stay! Enjoyed heated pool and hot tub! Caught fish from dock and had great fishing with Branden McCorkle! House had everything we needed! Kristy and Milton are great hosts!! Looking forward to returning next year!!

Thanksgiving week

Without a doubt best family vacation we have had. Kristy was amazing and very quick to communicate. Beautiful property. Perfect spot. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Our 3rd stay was as amazing as our 1st stay three years ago!!! The house was immaculate and beautiful!! The kitchen and coffee bar have everything you need!! The hot tub and swimming pool were clean and the perfect temperature! The house is in a perfect location on the canal and is very private. I cannot say enough positive things about our hosts!!! Kristy and Milton are amazing hosts!! We look forward to returning every year!!Paul & Sue

Clean home, everything you'd need! Pool toys, kayaks, coolers, ice maker, beach chairs, pool towels, fishing poles, outdoor seating, grill, toys, throw blankets, you name it!Kids loved fishing off the yard & dock- caught mostly sting rays & blue crab, but also a sheepshead & catfish.Did a fishing charter with Apollo Beach Fishing Charters.Communication was superb via quick texting. Quiet neighborhood.Recommend a visit to Tarpon Springs for authentic Greek village vibe. We enjoyed Siesta Key beach & shopping at the Brandon mall.

Amazing house in an amazing location (very quiet)

We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful and was equipped with everything we needed! We used the pool and hot tub every day! We enjoyed the lanai for all our meals, relaxing, reading and watching TV. We caught many silver trout which were great to eat along with all of the trout we caught with Brandon from True Lies Fishing Company. I cannot say enough positive things about the property owners and managers!! We cannot wait to come back next year!!!!

We had the most beautiful time, this house was by far the best place we have ever stayed at My 19 year old daughter has recently been through a horrible medical event, she went into cardiac arrest playing college basketball in February. Florida is her favorite place to go and we wanted a relaxing vacation and that’s exactly what we got here. Manatees, dolphins and beautiful sunsets. Swimming and just relaxing. We weren’t going to vacation this year but with everything that happened we decided you only live once and you need to do the things you love with the people you love. Highly recommend this home and Milton and Kristy! Can’t wait to go back.

The house is excellent!We have rented this property for two consecutive years in December, which really says it all.The house is fully equipped and beautifully located in Apollo Beach, close to Tampa. From the private dock, you can go fishing, swim, or simply relax and enjoy the garden. The property is clean, comfortable, and very well furnished.The host, Kristy, is always easy to reach and very helpful. The welcome book includes great restaurant recommendations and useful local tips.We have already booked the house again for this coming December.Highly recommended!

Golf and Sun Getaway.

This home has so many little extras to list. A Large Ice machine for coolers and a second full fridge. The back yard is unique and amazing for just hanging out. Manatees swim right by. Beautiful ! Kristy went above and beyond as a host. Any questions were answered quick and concisely. Would stay again.

Beautiful house

The house is so amazing! It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a peaceful week. We saw manatees daily and dolphins a few times during the week. We loved looking for interesting fish off the dock. The kids loved the pool and I loved relaxing on the lanai. Great location close to the Manatee Viewing Center, groceries and restaurants. Only an hour long drive and you can be in the more touristy (and super busy) areas. We appreciated we could come back to the house each night and unwind. We will definitely be back!

Top holiday

We have been coming to Florida in December for over 15 years.The last few years we have stayed at Apollo Beach. Kristy's vacation home is a fantastic house. Everything is present in the house and has a nice heated pool, jacuzzi and a beautiful garden. On the dock you can fish and see manatees and dolphins swimming by. Kristy is easy to reach for questions and she responds immediately. There is an information book in the house with restaurants, trips and fishing charters.A must for everyone and we have booked again for December.Kind regards,Arjan OostromNetherlands
