Home was in a great location! It accommodated our large family. We had a wonderful 4th of July in Seattle!

Family stay in Seattle

Perfect accommodation for 2 generations of our family + dog in Seattle for a weekend of family wedding events. Lovely neighborhood, close to UW and the Foundry venue. Comfortable house with everything you need!

This is a lovely property that we stayed in. Each of the 4 rooms were clean and spacious. All the amenities listed were available. The property is easily accessible from the freeway and just a short drive to downtown Seattle. Parking available off street as well as by the street. The neighborhood is very clean and safe. Most of all, Kate is very responsive and patient to our inquiries and our needs. She provided clear check-in and check-out timely instructions. I recommend Kate as a great host for you stay in Seattle Wallingford area.Thank you Kate!Eric

Family friendly home

We went to Seattle for a weekend to see the Mariners and Sounders games, brought our two Bassett hounds and two teen daughters and it was comfortable for all six of us. Big dining room table and cozy living room to hang out as a family.

Perfect place for exploring Seattle

Fantastic home base for exploring Seattle. We really loved the walkable community the home is located in - and was the ideally situated between the university and all the attractions we came to visit in town - with quick and easy access to both. Our family of 5 was very comfortable in the space. Communication with host was excellent. Clear instructions on everything we needed to know about the place, and responsive to any Q's we had. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Cozy Home

One of the best things about renting this property is the communication with the owners. They were very informative and detailed about everything. The house itself was lovely! Very ccomfortable, located in a quiet neighbourhood but so easy to Uber/Lyft to and from. There were plenty of soft towels, pillows, and other amenties. I would definitely recommend this house to others!

This house was perfect for our World Cup trip!Plenty of room for our family and the hosts were amazing. They were so accommodating and even arranged for us to do a late check out, due to our evening flight. The light rail is about a 10 minute walk and so convenient to downtown Seattle. We took the train from the airport and never needed a car. Trader Joe’s is close by and lots of good restaurant options as well. Many thanks for sharing your home and helping make our trip so wonderful!
