Enjoy view of waves breaking on Wailua beach, a favorite among kite surfers, and watch the Wailua river flow into the bay. Relax to the sound of surf, breathe fresh ocean air and spend a quiet evening admiring the moonlight glistening on the water or discovering stars in the night sky.
Wailua Bay View condos are located in Kapa’a, on the East coast of Kauai. The central location is ideal for visits to Waimea Canyon, Poipu, but also Hanalei and Northshore beaches. Papaloa beach is only a few steps away and shops and restaurants of Kapa’a are within walking distance. The east shore of Kauai offers surfing, swimming, beaches, hiking trails (Sleeping Giant), biking (8-mile Ke Ala Hele Makalae path), golf (Wailua municipal golf course), kayaking on the Wailua river and more. Wailua Bay View offers a swimming pool with barbecue stations, landscaped gardens and free parking.

No complaints about this place. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the view off the balcony was absolutely amazing! The host was also easy to reach and very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here.

My 10 year-old and I stayed at the condo for 9 days. The location was perfect for us as we had activities on the north and south shore, as well as Lihue and Kapaa. There are several places within walking distance to eat and shop. The property was very quiet and often times we were the only people in the swimming pool, which was nice. The pool was always the perfect temperature and very clean. We found the bed to be comfortable and the view amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing. Loved the condo - had all the amenities for a comfortable visit and amazing views!! The condo is perfectly located on the east side of the island. So glad we found this condo. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! The sound of the ocean waves was constant and little more than expected, the view was absolutely amazing, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Highly recommend!

Thank you for the review. The sounds of the ocean can be a little loud, but I love the rolling rocks (barking sands?). Lanai doors do close tightly and will reduce any disturbing sound.

Stop- look no further for the perfect place to stay! The view is SO amazing there are no words to describe it! Centrally located ! Very comfy bed and everything was in great shape! We absolutely loved our stay. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront condo. The view was absolutely amazing, and we loved watching the surfers each day from the lanai—it was such a relaxing way to start and end our days. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and we found everything we needed during our stay. The owner was very responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. We would happily stay here again.

Lovely place, the Ocean view is outstanding. Really nice being able to use screen doors to Ocean and sleep to the sound of the waves. Bed was extremely comfortable. Lots of enminities, but micowave is not intuitive.Walking distance to Kintaro (excellent Japanese restaurant), and Passion Bakery (quite known for their Malasadas - Portuguese doughnuts), and several other eateries. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Location was so convenient to everything. North shore was a short day trip, even with sight-seeing sidetracks. South shore was even closer. Condo was clean, comfy, and well-equipped. We loved sitting out on the lanai and watching the ocean, wind surfers, and kite surfers. The pool was fabulous, and we often had the whole thing to ourselves.Roosters do crow all night, but are hardly noticeable with the AC on. Owners also considerately left ear plugs next to the bed! We will definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy. Condo was in great condition. Loved listening to the waves crashing right outside the door. Great location, close to everything. Would highly recommend.

The weather was not the best, but we were always blissful on the lanai. The ocean is right there, and we were mezmerized by the sights and sounds. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect as it is midway between Princeville and Poipu. It is also only about 6 miles from the airport. This was our 2nd stay at Wailua Bay View. We will bring our binoculars next time.

Great condo right on the ocean! Clean, easy to access, parking comes with VRBO reservation. Everything we needed was there. Had a great time!

Wailua Bay View is part of Kapa'a, a historical town centrally located in Kauai. We love the bike path for walking along Wailua Beach and across the Wailua River to Lydgate Park and golf club. We enjoy walking the other direction towards Kapa'a with its restaurants and shops. Hiking is close by (Sleeping giant).
