Amazing beach views from Lae Nani condo

Enjoy a beautiful ocean view from our condo overlooking the beach. At Lae Nani you can relax at the pool while surrounded by lush gardens just steps from the beach. Located on Kauai's central coast, 10-15 minutes from the airport, Lae Nani is secure with gated access and free parking. There is an ancient Hawaiian heiau on the property, a swim-able beach with a rocked-in area for children, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, a tennis court, barbecues near the heated pool, and laundry on site.
This second floor condo, unit #324, invites cool trade winds and is safe to leave windows and the lanai door open so you can sleep with the sound of the surf. The one bedroom, one and a half bath unit has a full kitchen, sliding glass door to the lanai, a Roku TV, and free WIFI. Beach towels and chairs are also included.

Very well maintained and clean. The unit offered a beautiful view and the grounds were impeccable. The location offered several excellent eateries and shopping a stones throw away.The hostess responded expeditiously with questions or concerns.

We loved everything about this condo- the view, the proximity to pool and beach, the comfortable space, the well stocked kitchen. The property is gorgeous and close enough to great eats and the Coconut Marketplace.

This condo has a wonderful view of the ocean and direct access to Lae Nani beach, which has a lovely protected rock pool great for kids, and a lovely beach protected by a coral reef. There are some rocks on the right side but near the rock pool you can easily swim. The apartment is very comfortable. There is always a cool breeze coming through so the lack of A/C is not really an issue. The kitchen is very well stocked. The laundry facility is very nice and nearby, just a few steps away. The property grounds are amazing. The gardens and flowers are very well maintained, the grounds smell of luscious flowers. Walking distance to Coconut Marketplace and Lava Lava Beach Club. Host is generous and communicative. We appreciated the welcome chocolates, coffee, and shower amenities supplied! We enjoyed many rainbows and bird watching from the balcony. Parking is also a breeze, with an ample sized lot it is easy to find a spot, even at the end of the day. Wonderful spot to explore all points of the island, and Kapa’a town is especially charming. You won’t regret booking this place. Mahalo to Kristen for having us!!

We loved this property!! Great location and view of the beach!! Grounds are beautiful! We wished we could have stayed longer!! The owners thought of everything! We enjoyed walking on the beachside walking path and going next door to have dinner!

Nice property and great view!. Great beach for hanging out and swimming. Walking path and restaurants close by.Maybe fix the porch light. Hard to see the numbers on the key pad at night. But I would recommend this property. Host was very quick to respond and answer questions.

Kirsten’s place is amazing. The location is in a prime spot right in front of the beach. Her place has everything you need. Communication with Kirsten was always quick and easy. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing place on the beach. I will definitely book again.

Perfect spot

We loved that the beach is nearby with shops and restaurants in walking distance. Old Town Kapa'a is just minutes away with an authentic island vibe. The central location was perfect. I would book this spot again for our next trip to the island.

The condo and resort were beyond my expectations. Everything was better than the pictures. Everything needed was included in the condo Kirsten the owner was outstanding. She was super responsive to any questions I had. The only problem was lack of security in keeping non-guests from camping out on the resort grounds. Why have a keypad front gate etc when dozens of non-guests could just walk down a sidewalk next to the resort and onto the grounds? Some went to the public beach but many spred out on the grass in front of our unit. It looked like a public park

My partner and I loved staying at this property. It felt larger than we were expecting and it was amazing to be so close to the ocean. I would definitely recommend!

Great stay

We were right on our own private beach yet still walking distance to many restaurant and bars. Also, an easy 20-30 min drive up to the north and 20-30 min down to the south. Very centrally located and host was very responsive. Would stay here again.

Had a great stay here: good location, nice property, seamless check in/out, clear communication from property manager. It was our first time on the island and I think this property was perfect for a first visit.

Great property located close to Coconut market place. The listing does say it has a Gym but it does not have one on property or near by. Not a big deal but it should be corrected. We did not realize that it didn’t have air conditioning and that is normally a must have when we go to the islands. However there is good cross ventilation from the windows front to back and it turned out to be sufficient. Overall we were very pleased with our choice and highly recommended this unit. 4/23/26 to 5/3/26

Sure enough, it did say there was a gym, I’m not sure how that happened. It has been removed. Glad you had a good stay.
