THINGA TO NOTE:
Blue Haven is located in Osage Beach centrally located to everything that you want to do at the lake. It is just down the road from Margaritaville Resort, Red Headed Yacht Club and Shorty Pants!!

The Resort itself has trailer parking, a boat, 2 community pools (one right down by the water) and a nice playground for children. Its such a nice complex for families!

Renters must be 25 or older to rent Blue Haven. We will not rent to bachelor or bachelorette parties, if you are looking to come to the lake to party and be loud this condo is not for you. We are looking for families or low key renters who are looking for a nice condo to get away and make memories in.

Broken Bed no response

Overall it was nice,but I paid $1000 for 3 nights and had to sleep on the mattress on the floor. The bed frame very cheap, all the screw were ripped out of one side. Cod tell it was already rigged up. No response from the vrbo contact so therefore no refund or Apology from anyone.

Nice with Small Issues

We had a lovely stay at this condo. We enjoyed our time there. There were a few issues with the condo, but some were in the process of being fixed. The property manager and head housekeeper were both wonderful. Overall, it was a nice stay.

This condo is centerally located in Osage beach right down the street from Margarittaville. It is located on the top floor so it is roomier than other condos at this complex. There are 2 pools located at this complex as well. One lake side and they are both very nice.
