Great people to work with and very accommodating considering all the damage from hurricane. Still a fair amount of damage around the island but people were very gracious and worked hard to make sure we enjoyed what we could. Definitely recommend and will be back. Mahalo!!

The condo was exactly as described, very comfortable and convenient. A great location - We enjoyed our mornings on the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean, within walking distance of both Brennecke’s and Poipu beaches

Excellent location. Saw whales and spinner dolphins almost daily from the second floor lanai. A short walk to Brennecke and Poipu beaches, about 2 and 5 minutes, to see the green turtles and Monk seals. The place was nicely appointed and comfortable. Bedrooms and baths are downstairs. You come in upstairs and the space is very comfortable with a large lanai. Would definitely stay again.

Clean & Fun stay close to everything

I stayed here for 4 days and had a blast! The place is clean and close to everything. It is convenient to a bunch of outdoor activities as well. Really fun stay!

Great view of the ocean!

Wonderful location, great view of the ocean! We loved sitting on the lanai and watching for whales in the mornings while we drank our coffee. We really enjoyed our stay here!

The place was well located to many things. The area was walkable but you do need a car to most things or get around the island. We loved sitting out on the lanai enjoying the weather & beautiful view. I would stay here again 100%!

We had a wonderful time staying in Poipu at this property. The location is excellent, with an amazing view of the ocean, complex pool and gardens from the lanai. It’s close enough to walk to Poipu beach and the restaurant and coffee shop there (2 blocks) but far enough that it’s quiet. Check in was super easy and there were lots of emails with instructions. There was beach equipment to use, wifi worked well, laundry, kitchen had everything we needed, beds are comfy. There is AC but we didn’t have to use it that much in March. The breeze is good enough. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful stay at Nihi Kai villas

This condo overlooks the ocean and pool and is an excellent location. Communication with the property manager was easy and check in and check out were simple. The condo is well appointed and had everything we needed and more.

Beautiful Kauai beach!

Lived the turtle cove across the road and the pool (mostly deep end) was fantastic for my kiddos who are learning to swim!

I was really happy with this place. The pictures accurately show the space. We had all the ammenities we needed. So close to the beach and fabulous view.
