Great time at Kiahuna!

We loved the location at this pretty & clean ocean-view unit of Kiahuna Plantation. Everyone slept comfortably and enjoyed time together in the family room & kitchen.

Beautiful Condo on the South Side

This is a very nice two bedroom condo located right on the Kiahuna beach. The upstairs is open and comfortable. The downstairs has the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Kiahuna Plantation is a beautiful area which is landscaped beautifully. We sat on the lanai and watched the ocean roll in. The owner is good to communicate with. We enjoyed our 8-day stay here from Sept. 2 through Sept. 10 and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Lovely Beach Condo with Ocean View

The location was fantastic!! We loved the fresh beach towels every day, and the gardens were impeccably maintained. The outdoor gas grills were cleaned daily making them great to use. We cooked most of our meals, and the kitchen was overall well equipped. The outdoor table and chairs on the balcony overlooking the ocean were appreciated for daytime games, meals, and drying our towels! The pool and gym area at the back of the club was fantastic. Our adult children especially loved the racquet ball courts and the sports bar, and utilized the weight equipment as well. Communication with our hostess was timely and very helpful. We’ll definitely be back.

Great location

We've stayed at Kiahuna 4 times now and it's just the best. This location has an ocean view. At first I was worried because the public parking area is right outside, but it was very quiet. The living room is well furnished and the bathrooms are very nice. The bed was kind of bouncy, but otherwise we had an excellent stay.

Great place, awesome location

Traveled with senior citizens and little kids. Worked great to all. Right next to sheraton and a short walk to poipu beach. You wont gobwronf with this. Only watch out is the pool is across the road but that didnt bother us.

Great Holiday Stay and Amazing Location

Our 3 night stay was fabulous. The unit was exactly as described and Larissa was a great host. She responded quickly and made the process easy. The unit is spacious and airy, we loved the sound of the ocean every night and the view off the balcony right to the beach. It's a beautiful resort with a location that can't be beat.

Just Right

Great location and very comfortable accommodations. Super easy to walk across the street to hang out at the beach. Also, easy access to see the sunrise and sunset. I appreciated the peacefulness of the property with the easy access to the beach, bars and restaurant. Very comfortable place to stay for 3 adults.

Fabulous time in this unit

We have stayed at the Kiahuna for possibly 50 ish years. From the map this unit appears to be off to the side, but really it is such a fab location! Great ocean view from the balcony and great access to the beach. We loved our stay here. We had a few conversations with the owners, who assisted us with early access to the unit as our flight arrived early. Everything in the unit was as described, everything we needed and very comfy. Hoping we will be back next year.

Perfect spot for our family!

This was our 2nd time staying at Kiahuna Plantation and first time in this unit. Such an incredible spot. Close to amenities (short walk to Sheraton cafe or across the street shopping Center), the beach right out front has amazing snorkeling. The pool at the Athletic Club is lots of fun for kids & adults, love the pool side service. The common BBQs are great. Would highly recommend this spot!!

Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay for week. The location was perfect with the beach just a stone's throw and a great view of the water. It had everything we needed and would definitely stay again. Gym/tennis across the street, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our host, Larissa was excellent with her communication and we were very lucky to find such a great place.

Family vacation

This condo is in a nice beach location, you literally walk across a parking lot and are at the beach, it is clean, they will refresh your towels, there are beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and barbq near by. We received a message the afternoon before we arrived that the refrigerator was not working well and there had been a new one ordered but until then (wouldn't arrive while we were there) don't invest in groceries until we see if it is working! We were renting 3 condos for our family of 14 (6 are children) that were spread out over the property. We needed working refrigerators in each condo, it was advertised that it included appliances so I assumed they would be working. We asked for an ice chest with ice and they do not have either. So we ran back and forth from condo to condo. A family with 4 children were in that condo and after washing the first load of clothes in the washing machine discovered the dryer did not work. So in the rainy humid weather we were hanging wet clothes and also trying to use other dryers. It was our first big family vacation and this was pretty frustrating. The management at the site sent an appliance repair guy to fix the dryer and was unable to repair it. The other 2 condos we rented (different owners) were great, everything worked. It is a lot of money to have things not working. I think you should not rent it out (or at least give warnings much further in advance that things are not working) until everything is either in excellent dependable working condition or newly replaced. Just be aware the pool is located across the street. You can walk but if you have children with you driving may be necessary. The beds were good and there were mattresses for the two younger kids to sleep on flour.

Great spot to view the beach from the balcony.

Close to local market which has great Açaí bowels for breakfast, Poke bowels for lunch and you can’t miss Da Crack for tacos or burritos

We began going to Kauai in about 2005 and absolutely fell in love with it on the first trip! We love spending our summers on the island hiking, snorkeling, surfing and relaxing on the beach!
