Its a super comfy and completely renovated condo right on the no-drive section of New Smyrna Beach! You will feel right at home while you enjoy all that this condo has to offer. Located at Castle Reef, where you have direct access to the beach, pool, shuffle board courts, grills and tennis courts. This corner unit is the perfect place for you to snuggle up with a good book on the balcony and listen to the waves. For those that want to keep their toes in the sand, there's some beach games, including bocce ball, enjoy a relaxing dip in the ocean and soak up the warm Florida Sunshine.. You don't have to travel far with restaurants and grocery stores located within walking distance. Or a few-minute drive to Flagler or Canal Street to frequent the local watering holes, shopping districts and even more restaurants. This is home away from home. 🩵

We had a wonderful stay! April was an amazing host, the condo was absolutely immaculate, and the views were incredible. We truly enjoyed our time here and can’t wait to come back. We will definitely be returning!

This condo is amazing and April is a fantastic host! The unit has everything you need and more. It is the perfect couples get away. It is exceptionally clean and the decor is gorgeous!!! Loved every minute and can’t wait to rent again!

Our favorite place!
This is a clean, comfortable and a great unit! Has everything to make your stay complete! The new owner was wonderful to work with!

Updated and well-appointed beach hideaway
Cozy condo is perfect for a couple. Comfortable and outfitted with everything you could want.

Convenient and beautiful
Great location close to everything in New Smyrna beach. Very clean property with extremely comfortable bed. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect Location, great view & very clean!
April is an awesome host. Great communication, the property is well stocked, well furnished and very clean. We loved it!

Great condo complex
We have been coming to NSB for quite a few years and this might be one of the cleanest, quietest condo's we have stayed at. We love the no drive beach and the location to great restaurants. The condo was very clean and welcoming. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful Stay!
We always stayed at Castle Reef in my late teens/early twenties, this trip brought back some great memories. April is a phenomenal host and the unit is great, you will not be disappointed if you choose her condo for your next stay! Planning another trip later in the summer, sure hope we are able to stay here again! Thanks for everything!

Beautiful condo, could not have enjoyed my stay more. Host was vert easy to communicate with and made sure we enjoyed the stay. Would cone back anytime.

The condo was lovely! It was comfortable, cozy, and felt like home while providing a great location for a working retreat. April, the owner, was very easy to work with during my stay. Looking forward to staying again!

Quick Weekend Trip
Perfect property for a quick weekend beach trip for 2. Kitchen is well supplied and property is right on the beach and across from stores and restaurants. Condo is clean and balcony has a great view of the water. Owner is quick to reply and help with anything we needed! Would stay again for sure!

Visiting friends in NSB
Had a great time spending the weekend in NSB. It is one of the best, true beach towns in FL. Loved the view from the condo. April was very helpful. Hope to come back soon.

The beach! My mother lived most of her last years in New Smyrna Beach. It’s a very special place. It’s peaceful and beautiful. The people are great and it’s not the typical busy touristy beach.
