Wonderful open floor plan, beautifully decorated house located on the intercoastal waterway in Holden Beach. Bring you boat or enjoy a day of fishing off the dock.. Home has a very open living area and is surrounded by many porches and viewing areas. There is a wonderful crow's nest that can be used to take in the amazing sunsets. Walking distance to beach, marina, shops and restaurants 3 spacious bedrooms and a loft area provide comfortable accommodations for 10 guests.

Perfect Stay

Really nice location - great communication with owners - all the amenities one could need. Dock was great for fishing each day and a quick walk to the beach.

Great Boat Trip

Brought our boat from South Carolina and stayed two nights. The house and location were perfect for what we needed especially with the boat dock.

Great views!

We had a wonderful stay, the house is comfortable snd had ecerything we needed. We enjoyed relaxing on the dock and the porch. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely rent again!

Great spot for a weekend getaway!!

We had a really great time here! The house was just as pictured and well stocked for the stay. The host was very nice and helpful! Beautiful property and the sunset deck and dock are a huge plus!!! Highly recommend a stay here.

Great getaway!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, well stocked with kitchen items, and was in a perfect location! Walkable to beach and restaurants. The best part was the dock out to the intercoastal! It was perfect for fishing with all the kids!

Great house for a family vacation!

We loved our time here! The house was open and great for our little one to toddle around. It was close to the beach, playground and restaurants. At the end of the day, we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening and watching the sunset.

Wonderful vacation

Very nice. We loved the boardwalk and dock on the sound. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. The house was very comfortable and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway

The property is super convenient to restaurants, but a short walk to the beach. We were worried about the weather, but it was absolutely gorgeous. No traffic since it’s on a dead end street - this was a huge plus. Thanks for clarifying the cable issue. We enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Stay!!

The house couldn’t have been better! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and spacious, the kitchen had most anything you could need, and the outdoor space the house had was awesome and wonderful! And not to mention the dock with access to the sound! The communication with the property managers was great and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thanks so much!!

The perfect family vacation

My husband, 4 kids and I rented this property for our summer getaway and it was perfect! Holden Beach really is the “family” beach, but this house allowed us the perfect blend between beach fun and intracoastal relaxation. The house was gorgeous, clean, spacious and very welcoming! We had room for everyone. The favorite spot was the back deck porch where we enjoyed dinners by sunset and late night conversations. I would recommend this house to any family!

Wonderful stay at Holden Beach.

My family of 5 visited Holden Beach for the first time and stayed at this property. It was a fabulous location to the beach (about .25 mile walk). The property backs up to the intercostal and has truly beautiful views. We buoyed fishing off the dock and watching boats go by. It is also on a street with no outlet on one side so it was very quiet with little car or foot traffic. The owners were very quick to respond to questions and left a sweet gift for us. We would definitely rent this property again.

Number of occupants is incorrect

It is listed for 6 adults and 4 kids. But beds only for 4 adults and 4 kids. Also upstairs bathrooms does not have locks in any of the doors. Overall experience is ok. Not as excpected for the price.

Perfect Long weekend on the ICW at Holden Beach

My small family of 4 had a great time visiting this amazing home on the ICW in Holden Beach. We have visited this area and stayed at one of the other local beaches (OIB) several times in the last few years but this was our first time staying on Holden. And we loved it! Being directly on the ICW with your own private dock for fishing and crabbing is worth the visit itself. But then you add in the proximity to the actual sand and surf (2-3 blocks away) and the several restaurants with good seafood and atmosphere and it makes this trip and home truly special. We enjoyed sitting on both porches and seeing the sun rise and fall and also watching the wildlife from the dock. The home is clean and in good condition and is meticulously decorated with the coolest beach and nautical decor. We had no issues with our stay and plan to visit this home again in the future. Hopefully sooner rather than later. Thank you for sharing your home.

Our amazing water way home is surrounded by wonderful porches and amazing sunsets. We are less than 5 minutes from the beach and a quick walk to the marina, restaurants and shops. On summer weekends, there are concerts and festivals underneath the bridge and across the water way at Betty's Restaurant. Holden Beach is a wonderful island that is relaxing and fun. Bring your boar, charter a fishing excursion , paddle board down the waterway or just sit on the porch and relax. Our home will not let you down!!
