This open and airy home was designed with attention to detail which extends from the front door into the five gorgeous bedrooms.

The upstairs master suite features a California King bed, a sunny sitting area, a vintage-inspired work desk, and French Doors that lead out to a private waterfront balcony. You also get your choice of pillow style from our pillow bar located in the master closet.

Bedroom two also has a King size bed, large windows, and a wooden dresser to keep all of your clothes and personal items organized. It is just steps from the family bathroom.

Bedroom three has two full-size beds covered in soft linens and plenty of plush pillows. This room has a private bathroom, and access through French Doors to the shady lakefront patio.

Bedroom four features two twin beds, a dresser, two nightstands, and doors that lead to the outdoor entertainment space. The two twin beds can be converted to a king upon request.

Bedroom five is a luxurious and romantic first-floor guest house retreat with a King size four post bed and wooden nightstands with decorative light fixtures. It boasts a private living room, complete with a twin-size trundle bed, modern armchairs, and a coffee table in front of a sleek, wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Guests in this room also have a private side entrance, making it easy to come and go without disturbing the rest of the home.

If you’re coming to Georgia with a large group, you’ll be happy about the five bathrooms spread throughout the home. Two of the bathrooms are attached to a bedroom, and the other three are located in the common areas.

Bathroom one has a walk-through shower, an elegant Roman soaking tub, dramatic hanging light fixtures, and an expansive vanity area with ample storage.

Bathroom two has an intricately tiled walk-in shower with rainshower features behind glass doors, and an elaborate vanity with a custom bowl sink.
