This is a beautiful, remodeled condo with spectacular views only 1 mile from Folly Beach and 10 miles from Downtown Charleston. Bike lanes in both directions from the condo. Kayak and Paddleboard rentals across the street as well as a seafood market and a seafood restaurant.
The condo is stocked with quality linens/towels, paper supplies, soaps, shampoo, conditioner and detergents including beach chairs and beverage cooler.
Enjoy the sandy shore of Folly Beach or a day at historic downtown Charleston then relax in the evening with spectacular sunsets views overlooking the Clark Sound marsh and wildlife.
Assigned parking for up to 2 vehicles; guests must use their assigned parking spaces.

VERY NICE PROPERTY. THE BIGGEST THING THAT WAS OVERLOOKED WHEN MAKING RESERVATIONS THERE ISN'T AN ELEVATOR AND UNIT IS ON THE TOP FLOOR. THAT INFORMATION WAS OVERLOOKED BY ME. GREAT PLACE TO STAY.

Everything was very well done. Lovely decor and furnishings. Excellent location. There's a lot of stair steps to the condo, but that's mentioned in the listing. Nice shady parking spot under the building. Instructions and communications from the host was very well done.

Everything was exactly like the pictures and the host described. Check in was hassle free and the place was spotless when we walked in. Wonderful stay at a quaint condo in the perfect location! Jennifer and Tim were great and accommodating hosts that provided all we needed for our stay. Comfortable place just minutes away from the beach.

Excellent stay in Folly Beach!
Clean, great location, lovely outdoor space, and sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Convenient to the beach and to downtown Charleston. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Folly! The condo had everything we needed to enjoy the Beach Life for a week.

Beautiful balcony overlooking bay. Easy to find and covered parking. As the listing states, there is no elevator so the four flights of stairs were a lot for me as an older person. But that's no problem since we had a nice view. Good restaurants inland and at the beach. The condo is central to both the beach and town.
