Perfect for me & my dog. We had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Close to town and lake. Super nice host, always available. I really appreciated the hospitality and privacy.

This stay included all the conveniences of home, and more! It’s close to Hammondsport, as well as to local wineries and distilleries. The host was responsive and friendly! I would love to stay again! I highly recommended!

Perfect Stay

It was home away from home for us as we traveled out to Penn Yan for work...everything we needed was there!! Thank You again for a quiet getaway!!

Lovely Guest house

Fall foliage trip

First time visiting the area and loved it. Beautiful place to take in fall foliage and enjoy wineries and distilleries. We enjoyed the village and Keuka lake.

3rd Stay

This was our 3rd stay, we really enjoy coming to Joe's cottage! Great property to bring our boat and our dog. It's a wonderful property!

Host was very welcoming. The place was very clean only thing i could suggest is a new couch and kitchen ware be updated . But overall i recommend this host and house.

Beautiful place

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Kids loved visiting the farm and riding the horses. The area is so beautiful. We didn’t want to leave.

Great time, great price

This place was exactly what we needed and the price was perfect for our budget. Me and my wife needed a simple, no-to-low frills place to use as base camp for our vacation. Joe was very available for questions and we were very happy with our stay

Cute, Comfortable Cottage

Excellent service. Very nice modern, convenient amenities. Located easy drive from Hammondsport and Watkins Glen, both adorable lakefront towns with lovely shops.

Annual fishing trip

Had a great time... The place is great and not far from the lake. Joe is a spectacular host... we stay here every year now for our annual fishing trip.. Plus it's affordable.

Keuka lake Amish built Cottage

Great location on Keuka. Cabin had everything that was needed. Joe reached out to make sure our stay was up to our standards and was very responsive with any questions I had. Would definitely stay at his cabin again.

Great location! Super quiet area. Super cute and clean. We loved our stay. Being able to use the grill and the fire pit was really nice. Close to town with a pretty winery within 3 miles. The Host and Owner, Joe, was a breeze to communicate with and made everything super easy. We traveled with our little dog and everything was perfect. We will stay again.

Cozy Cottage

This little cottage has everything one could need for an enjoyable stay in the Finger Lakes region. It is just minutes from Keuka Lake and from Hammondsport, a picturesque village on the lakeshore. Our host was kind enough to recommend a wonderful restaurant (Timberstone Grill).
