To provide context, the construction noise occurred just an hour before your checkout, presumably as you were preparing to depart. It's unfortunate that this incident was the basis for your review, especially considering it was beyond our control. While we would have appreciated being informed about the noise issue when it occurred, we understand that situations like these can sometimes catch us off guard. Please understand that any construction noise, particularly during unusual hours, is indicative of an emergency situation, further emphasizing its occurrence being beyond our control. Victoria your review is unfair. I thought we resolved the issue among us. When I asked you what time would you be checking in you said 8pm not 11pm, either way there was miscommunication and it would have been resolved if you have waited a bit for me to speak with the guard to let you in, even though you was rude to everyone myself and the guard I still reimbursed you it was a matter of timing to get a hold of the security guard. When I contacted you to let you know I would pay for your room, you apologized for being rude to me, In addition you broke the lamp to one of our rooms and I did not charge you. About the dish rack there is one, have you would have answered my text and email asking you if everything was In order and if you had any questions, I would have told you the dish rack was under the sink counter. It’s a shame that people like you TRY to ruin and bring small businesses down for any little hiccup or the slightest situation. My team and I work so hard. I have great reviews and that’s because I work really hard to ensure everything runs smooth and properly. Another things, there is no roaches inside the apartment we get a fumigator every 2 months, Victoria, this is my business and I’m going to make sure my apartment is cleaned, disinfected and fumigated which is why I have amazing reviews from all my guest. In addition, If they were roaches I’m sure you would have taken a picture and send it to me to get another discount. Next time stay at a 5 star hotel and stop bringing peoples businesses down with lies.
