Snowbirds welcome!

Reservations include beach gear credit ($35 daily), personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. A link to customize the beach package will be provided after the reservation is confirmed. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

Sandy Toes is a single-family home in Windmark Beach, Creekside Village Phase, with accommodations for 8. Designed with tray ceilings in the living and master, luxury vinyl plank floors, Sandy Toes is open and airy, whisking your worries away. Enjoy partial water views from the front porch while an additional screened lanai provides al fresco dining options. There are miles of beach to explore with easy clean up with a hot/cold outdoor shower. A resort style community pool with ample lounge chairs, green space, outdoor showers and shared restrooms is 5 blocks away. The city center provides on-site restaurants, View on 98, Bruno's Pizza, and more!

Dogs are welcome at Sandy Toes. Pet restrictions include dogs only, under 60 lbs., hypoallergenic. Leash laws are enforced as Windmark Beaches are pet friendly as is Downtown Port St Joe. Socialize easily with a fenced dog park nearby.

Please be mindful, a starter supply of amenities are provided. Depending on the guest's length of stay, additional amenities may have to be purchased.

Laundry included with a starter supply of amenities. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and utensils. All linens, less beach towels, are provided.

• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
• Dog friendly property. Up to 2 dogs permitted (60 lb maximum per dog). $125 nonrefundable pet fee. Cats and restricted
dog breeds are not permitted.
• Signed rental agreement required prior to arrival.
• Credit card processing fees are nonrefundable. No exceptions.
• Guests may be charged for stained or damaged linens and towels.
• Pool heat is provided October through November and March through April.
• Boat/trailer parking is not allowed by the HOA.

We had the best week. The house was perfect for our stay, a quick, easy walk to the beach - even with kids! Loved it so much, we extended our trip another day and Brittney made it easy to do that. Very responsive. We hope to be back for next spring break, if not sooner!

First Time in Port St Joe

This was our first time in Port St. Joe and we had an amazing time! The house was perfect for our family, plenty of room and very comfortable accommodations. Loved Windmark Beach community and being able to bike ride around. We will definitely be back!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful. We were even able to check in early which was very nice. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was close enough to drive to it was a great environment with easy and convenient beach access. We would stay again!

Great Stay!

Great property in a fabulous location! We came down for a wedding and it was a 3 minute drive or 8 minute bike ride to all the festivities. The house was perfect for us. Great size, amenities, and the host was super responsive and helpful!! Highly recommend for anyone staying in the Port St. Joe area!

We loved our stay here, easy to get too. Short walk to the beach. Any time I had a question it was answered quickly & kindly. Also one of the cleanest rentals I’ve been in. Thankyou for letting us your home.

Nice house, but if privacy is a concern, consider not being private here. Camera on corner of house, camera on back porch, camera on front porch and no telling where else. Paid for accident damage insurance and owner still charged extra money, considering going to court

We’re sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your stay. For clarification, the exterior security cameras referenced in your review are disclosed in the listing and are positioned outside of the home only for safety and security purposes. There are no interior cameras. Regarding the plumbing concern, a plumber was required after departure to address a toilet blockage, and additional housekeeping services were necessary afterward to properly prepare the home for incoming guests. The charges assessed reflected the vendor services required to resolve the issue and return the property to guest-ready condition. Our team worked promptly to coordinate the necessary services and address the situation as quickly as possible. We wish you the best moving forward.

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! Walking distance to the beach and a short drive to a great pool. We love to cook and we’re impressed with all the pots and pans including an air fryer available to us. We had a minor plumbing issue and the response was very timely. We had a lovely stay and great vacation.

Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful time with family and friends. Everything was great. Only suggestion would be to change out the beds to king size as the rooms are large enough to accommodate.

Great house

Everything was very clean and accommodating, only thing I would change is the bath towels are small and need to be replaced with new ones and more than just one per guest.

Beautiful home, walking distance to the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was spacious and clean. Walking distance to the beach and in a great neighborhood. Communication was quick and easy with the property management company. Highly recommend staying here!
