The house is in the perfect location with easy access to the beach, pool and local amenities. It was very well appointed and even had extra leashes for our pups. We had a wonderful time and definitely recommend this home for those traveling with large groups and dogs.

Perfect house for my family. Very clean and spacious. Property manager is very responsive and made everything super easy. Golf cart made it easy getting to and from the beach. We will definitely book here again.

Quick weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay, and the location was perfect. Per friendly and having the mother in law suite was a perfect space for family. Would definitely come back to stay another time.

This was the perfect spot for my group of 4 adults and 6 kids ranging from 2-16. There was plenty of space for everyone and plenty to do. We loved the convenience of having the golf cart included especially for going to the two different pools. The inlaw suite was very nice for extra privacy. There is a pond out back and there is a sign that warns about alligators, we did happen to see one but it never bothered anyone. Beware not to let your kids outside by themselves. Overall, it was a great stay and we would do it again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was roomy and excellent for a family gathering for a weekend. Serene, clean, amenities provided. Spring Break with Family

This is a wonderful property. Literally everything is brand new, and Kam was so responsive and helpful. The unit is also larger than expected! Short walk to the beach, and the private road/path was incredible for biking and hiking. We really enjoyed Port St Joe, with great restaurants and friendly people. Would 100% stay here again.

We had a great time. The house was perfect for our family of 6. My parents enjoyed having their own area of the house in the inlaw suite. The golf cart, bikes, beach towels, and chairs really made you feel like you had everything you needed. We enjoyed the pool, but the main neighborhood pool with splash pad was great for our toddlers. Family friendly area with plenty to do without the bigger beach crowd. Definitely will rent here again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The home is lovely with enough room for everyone. There's a pool down the street, a boardwalk to the beach is steps away and if you don't want to walk, hop on the golf cart. The host provided everything we needed including beach towels and gear. The home is clean and well maintained. This is a family friendly community with something for everyone. The check-in process was hassle free and the host was there to answer any questions we had. The beaches are beautiful! Clean and not overrun with tourists. If you are interested in a relaxing beach vacation, this is the perfect place. We enjoyed it and will be back!

Great place! Beautiful beach. Very nice pool!

The house was great! Very spacious, nice kitchens, comfortable beds, and plenty of hot water! We appreciated the golf cart and beach cart. Everything we needed for eating in and good location for eating out! Will stay again. Have one less star for cleanliness because the vacuum didn’t work very well and there was food on the living room floor when we arrived. Also one trash can in bathroom hadn’t been emptied. No big deal!
