Great place for a few nights. Has everything you need to get by except the food. It it is practically one long room with the bathroom being the exception. Walk right out of the back door to the dock. Great views! The only issue we encountered is the deadbolt would not lock.

The Cozy Cabin is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy life. We opened the door to a cozy and comfortable setting leading all the way to the back with the dock. A ceiling fan on the deck would be a great addition for the hotter months. The kitchen area is just enough with coffee pot and supplies provided. The queen size bed was a dream, nice and warm with the AC blowing all around. Our host was easy to reach and very responsive; a true delight to work with.

Cute! Cozy! Comfortable! This was such a perfect little space! The bed was comfy! The kitchen was well equipped! And the back patio area was exactly what I needed after spending be day hiking or walking around town. Speaking of….this cabin is between Hot Springs and Lake Ouachita State Park. Quick drive to each. Great location! The owner communicated through out the whole process and was easy to contact! I cannot say enough good things about this place! I hope to come back one day!!!

The Cozy Cabin was amazing. The bed was firm and very comfortable. The cabin had everything you could need. The dock was perfect for kayaking. There was an amazing creek that flowed into the bay that was great for kayaking. Carol is an amazing host and was very quick to respond to messages. The owner and the property was wonderful. I added some caution tape to the step down from the bedroom. Plus a few well night lights to help old people navigate in the dark. Had it not been for the unusally hot tempretures. We would of had more outdoor fun. Our dissappointment was with VRBO.
