We are located steps from the bike path and within 1 mile of the Village, Mammoth Brewery, Eagle Lodge, and Mammoth Creek Park. Smell the pines from our balcony complete with BBQ as you relax with friends or family after a day of exploring the breathtaking Sierras.

The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is newly renovated with a totally remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops, and a perfect place to relax after enjoying your favorite summer activities.
As you enter the condo there are two bedrooms and a full bath on the lower level. Upstairs is the living area with natural sun streaming in , another bathroom, and an open kitchen. The first bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, and a bunk bed with a full size on both the top and bottom. The bathroom on the lower floor has shower and large soaking tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential things you will need to cook. Upstairs the wood burning stove will be a cozy feature when the weather gets cold. Upstairs is a smart tv with Netflix, Amazon, etc. There are games, toys, and books to enjoy with the family.
The downstairs front bedroom has a closet with a Washer and Dryer for your use.
Guests have access to the entire unit and may self check-in by a keypad on the front door.
The Condo is non-smoking, Our Property is a rental to those who are 25+ years.
