Welcome to our beautiful, centrally-located 3 bedroom home in the heart of Solana Beach! Walk to the beach, shops, popular restaurants and the coastal train station! Wake up to gorgeous expansive views of the Pacific Ocean every day from the living room, kitchen and private balcony. Lounge on the sofa on the balcony with friends and family, and pull out the BBQ for summer grilling all while watching the whales migrate and the dolphins swim. An AC wall unit is available in primary bedroom and a portable unit that can be used in the guest bedroom downstairs, plus ceiling fans throughout. This property is located in what is commonly known as Solana Beach's nicest gated community, Surfsong.

Our gated community has a gorgeous pool and spa overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The pool is heated from Memorial weekend through November 1st and also on holiday weekends.

The closest beach is Fletch Cove which is a two minute walk from our front door. There is also a great kids play ground overlooking the beach that children love to visit.

Two streets over is everything downtown Solana Beach has to offer, including a plethora of delicious restaurants, our favorite coffee shops, the farmers market on Sundays, our favorite store SoLo on Cedros. Grab a yummy bite of ceviche and a fresh margarita at Alce 101 or for dinner, head to what some have claimed as the best steakhouse in San Diego, Rare Society. Claire's and Naked Cafe are both wonderful places to walk to for breakfast, and be sure to grab a coffee and perfectly flaky croissant at Lofty Coffee.

Wind down with a glass of wine at Carruth's wine tasting room, a short 5 minute walk away; or if you're into beer there's a little brewery across the street.

There are many healthy eats in our area, such as Flower Child, Choice Juicery, Whole Foods Market, Goodonya, and Local Greens to name a few.

Rent bikes on our street and cruise down the Coastal Rail Trail to Encinitas where you can visit some of most world renown surf spots, fun bars, and great boutique shopping.

There are two designated parking spots in the gated parking garage, as well as carts and an elevator for your convenience.
