The cabin was great and very clean !! Had everything we needed. You had good privacy at the location. Our gps stopped us short of the location which took us a little longer getting there . Overall the experience was great , would definitely like to return if it fits our plans , and would recommend it to anyone ! Thank you for a great weekend getaway!!

We had a wonderful stay overall! The cabin was absolutely beautiful, very clean, well maintained, and the perfect size for our family. It had everything we needed and was a great place to relax.The only issue we experienced was that the refrigerator wasn't working when we arrived. We called the emergency line, and the response was excellent. The gentleman who came out was friendly, helpful, and quickly brought us coolers with ice, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, trying to keep about 600 worth of groceries cold in coolers for our stay was pretty inconvenient.Despite that hiccup, we really enjoyed the cabin and would definitely consider staying here again. Hopefully the refrigerator issue has been resolved for future guests!

Great rustic cabin with easy access to all the attractions in Hochatown, Broken Bow, and Beavers Bend. Enjoyed our stay!

The cabin was great! So pretty! We couldn't get the fireplace started. I also tried to communicate with the host but did not get immediate feedback but all in all it was a great cabin. We had a wonderful time!

The cabin was very nice, however it does not have a table and chairs or a comfortable place to serve a meal. There is no place to sit and eat, except the bar but it only accomodates three people. It states one bed is queen size, I don't beleive it is, check it for accuracy.

Upon arrival they were still cleaning the cabin even though our check in was at 3 it was 3:15 before we were able to go inside. All the towels were still inside of the dryer and not in any of the rooms and all the dishes were still in the dishwasher. One of the bedrooms showers had no hot water and the refrigerator was not working properly. The ac was dripping from the ceiling in multiple places and not cooling properly we were burning up over night and woke up sweating. We had two interruptions in our two night stay one of which being the handyman coming to fix the refrigerator unsuccessfully while we were trying to have breakfast with no communication that he was coming. I messaged the host on three separate numbers and finally received a response that they would refund us the cleaning fee of 100 and could let us stay an extra 15 minutes. They the day after we left I was then charged said cleaning fee and was told that we made a huge mess and “had a party” which is not true as we even had to hand wash dishes because the dishwasher was already full. They agreed to only send me 50 back. The road is also in terrible shape with a huge hole that messed the front of my vehicle up. We are incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed with our stay and would not recommend it.

Beautiful Stay in a Peaceful Location

The property was clean and in a beautiful location with excellent amenities. While it was a bit challenging to find at first, the check-in process was smooth once we arrived. Pre-arrival communication could have been more timely, as some questions were answered after we were already on the way. On departure day, the trash can wasn’t available, but multiple contact numbers were provided to assist with any needs, which was appreciated. Despite a few minor issues, this is a great spot for a relaxing getaway.

Nice cabin

Cabin was nice and a great location for us. Perfect size. There were a few negatives. Master toilet needs work to flush. That was a pain. It rained and there was a leak in the roof in the kitchen. Not a requirement but all of the other places we stay have complimentary coffee bar etc.
