The property was excellent. Such a peaceful setting, comfortable beds, clean and perfectly appointed for our stay. The location was ideal - very close to IC campus and only a few minutes to the Commons.

This is such a great property for a stay in Ithaca. We have a student at Cornell, so we have stayed multiple times now. The house is spacious, clean, well appointed, minutes from Cornell and downtown Ithaca, and has ample parking.

We had a fantastic stay. The house is incredibly clean, impeccably decorated, and is true to all the photos. It’s spacious and the hosts have made sure guests have everything they can possibly need. The property is gorgeous, private and quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

They took care of all the details — Plush towels, campfire kits, hammocks, ping pong, etc. Super easy communicating. Convenient and peaceful location. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay, especially if you’re looking for a dog-friendly outdoor area. Evan was easy to communicate with, and the home had everything we needed. It was perfect for relaxing by the campfire with family, and the cool late-July nights made it even better. The hiking and nearby state parks made it a magical getaway from the city. Even after telling the kids no tablets while we were here, they loved spending their time outdoors, especially trying to catch frogs near the pond. We’d definitely stay here again.

Winter getaway

Loved the house. Perfect location to hiking trails yet close to downtown. Super comfy home tjat was excellently maintained and very clean. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Great place - exactly as advertised - tranquil, great base to explore Treman/Enfield, Buttermilk, Ithaca, and Tighanock. The host was clear in communications, and the place was clean and pleasantly stocked with basics!!

Great location and lovely property

A wonderful short girls trip! Close to the state parks, town, cideries and wineries. The property is well maintained inside and out. Inside is clean, comfortable, and has many considerate amenities. The outdoors has many seating areas, a small pond, games, and a fire pit with a much appreciated s'mores kit! An EV charger was also a great surprise!!

Modern, clean, welcoming family-friendly space!

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic property! My husband and I were in town to introduce our 1.5 year old daughter to his grandmother, and this was the perfect, clean and quiet oasis for us after many days of traveling. Everything was clean and new, with a modern, open and calming design. Evan and Stephanie thought of everything - from the welcoming treats and snacks to the well stocked kitchen to the toiletry selection, this place had it all! We highly recommend and would definitely come back! There was even a great desk and computer space for working from home. And the AC and washer/dryer was a huge plus for our traveling family during the July heat. The yard space and fire pit were also a huge plus as well as closeness to downtown Ithaca and shops, grocery, etc. On top of that, Evan went the extra mile to communicate quickly and kindly with us when we needed to book last minute. Thanks for a great stay!

Enjoyed the house being close to downtown Ithaca and in a quiet setting. Easy check-in. So nice to have outside area for a campfire, Cornhole, etc. The house was well equipped, clean, organized and nice kitchen and eating area. Easy to contact hosts. Would definitely book again.

This was a great place to rent. Exactly as described plus lots of nice touches when staying away from home like multi plug chargers in each room in case you forgot your cellphone charger, water filter container in the refrigerator, makeup wash clothes in each bathroom and a smores kit to help enjoy the firepit. Host stayed in regular communication to make sure we were happy and see if we needed anything else. Highly recommended this place and we will stay again when we are in the Ithaca area, also conveniently located to all Ithaca has to offer.

Quick Visit to Ithaca

Very much enjoyed our visit to Ithaca and home (dropping son at Uni) even though weather did not participate to enjoy walks and smores (home has a lovely setup to enjoy). Location is great, very easy to get down to Commons (restaurants, etc in quick 10 min max) but able to get out to countryside which is beautiful and green (at least this time of year ;)...Thanks Evan for recommendations and accessibility!
