Pretty family house in the heart of the Fingerlakes.

This house boasts a fabulous outside entertainment area with barbecue and fire pit, and wonderful garden and patio. Only a few miles from Ithaca and Cayuga Lake, restaurants and wineries are within easy reach. The kitchen has a walkout to covered veranda, perfect for alfresco dining, and the bedrooms have blackout curtains for a good nights sleep. A gem !!

Nice place!

Great location, neat and clean as a pin with an incredibly comfortable bed and beautiful back deck. Private, comfortable furniture and responsive host. Nearby to Ithaca and its attractions.

Best of Newfield

Incredible location and the host thought of everything. Dropped our son off for college and the house made the experience that much better. Enjoyed coffee on the covered porch and the view of the stars at night. Would recommend to all who need a place to stay near Ithaca.

Peaceful yet convenient location!

It was the best of both worlds to be in a nice property that us so close to everything in the Ithaca area at the same time. Wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. Loved it!

Nice house and property close to Ithaca

Very nice place with beautiful and spacious grounds. Loved sitting peacefully under the weeping willow. Easy access to Ithaca, where our son is at school.

Ithaca is Gorges!

We spent a week chasing waterfalls. This was the perfect jumping off point! Close enough to everything but quiet and secluded. The property has amazing spaces and the house is comfy and perfect for a family. Communication with the host was fantastic!

Great Place

We had a nice weekend staying - the house was well equipped, quiet, relaxing and about 15 minutes from the town of Ithica. We stayed the weekend while our daughter played soccer at Ithica College and it was the perfect location. Thanks!

Just what I wanted

This property was very clean and sized just right for our group. The grill and the patio outside were private and seeing the horses next door was a bonus! I will stay here again for sure. Thanks to Jan, our super property owner!

Pretty family house in Finger lakes

Clean, comfy, private and conveniently located to great hiking, beautiful lakes and so much more! House is situated on a beautiful piece of property in a quiet neighborhood. Host Jan is accommodating and responsive. Great place to come home to after a long day of exploring! Hope to return in the fall. Definitely recommend for couples or families. Beautiful and Peaceful and very clean location to stay!

Loved the location. Very quiet and relaxing. Back pouch was a adding gem to have your morning coffee. Was very happy to see the horses. We loved it and if are ever in the area we would stay again. Highly Recommended!!! Thank you Jan

A real gem!

Everything was perfect. We were there to move in our daughter into Cornell. It was a short distance (15 mins) and felt like home away from home! Highly recommend!
