We’ve stayed at Stacey’s property twice and it’s wonderful! Clean, well equipped, and beautifully decorated. It’s an easy walk to a very quiet private beach. My kids loved the foosball table and swing in the front yard.

Wonderful home for a family stay

Home was perfect for family vacation. Lovely home with many amenities from foosball to fire pit to puzzles and walking distance to the beach. Something for everyone. Easy drive to Sandwich or HYA. Adorable property with responsive hosts, highly recommend.

Great House, Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1-week stay in East Sandwich. The house was ideal, modern, clean, all with easy access. The property description was right on and our communications with the owner were excellent. We will definitely return to this house on our next visit to the Cape.

Awesome Once Again

Words cannot express how wonderful our stay was in Cape Cod! The beach house was perfect! Clean, well-stocked kitchen, excellent beach and close to everything! We definitely will be returning next year!

Cozy Charm by the Beach

The home in Sandwich was completely charming and very well-appointed. It's in a cute neighborhood with a great beach vibe - and a short walk to the beach itself, which was very peaceful when we were there on Columbus Day weekend. The hosts were wonderful and accommodating and made our stay even better. Hope to return :)

Peaceful, Stress-Free Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house. It was clean, comfortable, and so tastefully and peacefully decorated. The owners were responsive, helpful, and informative. Situated a few minutes walk from a lovely beach and in close driving proximity to many other beaches and towns, this was a perfect spot for us!

The home was everything as expected and more. We enjoyed our stay kayaking on the marsh, which was nearby and enjoying wonderful seafood that was local. The home was accommodating for our family. Thank you so much.

Perfect Cape Cod Get-Away

My husband and I found the house perfect for our needs. It was just a short drive to restaurants, shops, and points of interest. Also, it was a less than ten minute walk to the private beach. We appreciated the cleanliness of the house and how well equipped the kitchen was. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it was easy to get a good night’s sleep. We’d love to make staying here a regular event.

Beautiful setting

We loved our stay once again this year. The neighborhood is just beautiful and quiet. Great for sitting outside with a good book or a short walk to the beach. There are great shops and restaurants close by. The house is well equipped if you choose to stay in and cook. Loved that linens were provided! Stacey is a wonderful host.

Great beach vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at the beach house! The house was very clean with a family friendly layout. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and play in the water. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly, and easy to walk around. There were great places to eat dinner nearby and a nice location to access other parts of the Cape. Stacey was a very responsive host and so nice to work with. We will definitely be coming back next year!!

Book it, perfect house for Cape stay

3 blocks to the beach was a bonus to the super clean and updated house. It was a perfect clutter free escape to relax in between our Cape Cod adventures. Little added bonuses were the air fryer oven to reheat french fries, the fooseball table to play with my 7 yr old, and perfectly organized drawers with all the little things you need on a vacation. We travel often and this is one of the best rental homes we have ever stayed in. Thanks!

Stacey’s house was beautiful! She was very responsive with any questions I had and even had something delivered the next day for our 1 year old to make our stay more comfortable. They have very helpful signs posted around the house so many questions I may have had were answered on the cute signs. Thank you again Stacey!

A beautiful retreat

We had an amazing stay at this vacation rental! The property was absolutely beautiful, with easy access to the beach and a peaceful atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. Everything was spotless and immaculately clean upon arrival, which really made us feel comfortable and at home. The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. From kitchen essentials to beach gear, they’ve thought of every detail. It’s clear that the hosts take great care of this place and genuinely want their guests to enjoy their stay. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped place to stay! I will definitely be returning!

Perfect vacation house

My family loved our stay at this house! The location was perfect, a short walk or bike ride to the beach, which was made even easier by the beach wagon provided. The house was exceptionally clean, updated, functional, nice and cool on hot days thanks to the central air, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor space was lovely and the kids especially loved the foosball table in the garage. Stacey was responsive, helpful, and has a binder available with great information about the house as well as local recommendations. We are so thankful we were able to stay in such a perfect and comfortable house that set us up to truly relax and enjoy our vacation! Thank you!!

Absolutely Perfect

This house was perfect for what my family wanted and needed for our summer getaway. Great location right over the bridge. An easy two minute walk to the family-friendly beach, or there is a small parking area which is convenient for younger families who may have more stuff. House is a quick (5-10 minute) drive to anything you may want to do - restaurant, shops, golf, local coffee shops, supermarket, whatever. The yard was great for cornhole, wiffleball, or sitting and relaxing by a fire pit. House was immaculate, everything worked as advertised and everything they said would be at the property, from kitchen items to beach carts, were all there as promised. The Antonios were remarkably responsive.

We had such a wonderful stay at the property with our 2 year old. Our favorite thing about the house was the neighborhood. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. A neighbor saw how much our son loved the trash truck, and even gave him two large construction vehicles. The walk to the beach was easy, especially with the included wagon. Our son loved the included beach toys, soccer balls, and chalk. The outdoor shower made after beach clean up easy for our family, and the included bedding and towels were a great addition. The home itself was so clean and modern. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver. The pans were great for cooking. We loved the central air and airy feel to the homes decor inside and out. The indoor/outdoor tables were perfect for meals. We enjoyed the location with easy access to restaurants, playgrounds, and things to do. Our favorites included: Pilot House, Tree House Brewing, Luke’s Love Playground, Adventure Playground, and the Heritage Gardens. We contacted the owners regarding the bath drain and they sent a plumber who resolved the issue next day. Fantastic communication. We can’t wait to come back!
