Wonderful stay for a fall weekend! The house is perfectly stocked with everything needed and was impeccably clean. The walk to the beach was easy and we loved the yard too.

Lovely property with an amazing location. We were there with our parents and it was close enough to the beach for them to walk as well. Outdoor shower was very helpful for beech days and the house itself was very well equipped keeping the beach in mind in terms of towels and chairs.

Great accommodations in close proximity to private beach. Communication with host was amazing - very responsive. Welcome book for property was thorough and well organized - honestly the best one I’ve ever seen. 100% would stay again.

Absolutely wonderful stay! We are obsessed with your home! Every single aspect of our stay was perfect. We loved the entire home. The location to the private beach was perfect, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, the house smelled amazing and clean when we walked in, the backyard was perfect for our kiddos, and all the little extras were amazing! Having beach chairs, a beach wagon, AND beach towels was a plus! We also really appreciated all the information provided to us before and during our stay. We’re just really happy with this rental and we will definitely be repeat renters! Thank you so much.

This was the perfect place for us to stay for our first vacation to the cape . The place was immaculate and the owner was so thorough in directions and communication . Our only negative is that we didn’t realize how nice the private beach was and we would have spent more time there vs driving to the more crowded public beach . Would highly recommend !

Home was beautiful, has all of the amenities you can think of (especially for a family). Yard was spacious and we really enjoyed spending time as a family playing and hanging out in it. Beach is a very short walk from the house in a quiet neighborhood and it was beautiful. Some areas of the beach are a little rocky but it’s a private beach and just gorgeous (we spent hours there). Home is close to the Cape Cod Canal, Heritage Museum, lots of shops and restaurants, grocery stores etc (yet located in a quiet neighborhood so you get to enjoy the peaceful side of the Cale while staying there). Highly recommend

We enjoyed our week at this home! The home is beautiful, well stocked, very clean upon arrival and loved having the beautiful outdoor living space to utilize as well! The beach is just a little walk away but we had 2 kids so we would drive to the parking lot everyday which was about a 1-2 min drive! The beach was never crowded and loved being bay side for our 2yr old! As described the beach is rocky but more so in the water which we just wore our sandals in and it was fine! We definitely will stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Super Host! Great communication, super clean, meticulously maintained and organized house with large kitchen, and nice bathrooms. Excellent overall house with big kitchen and large master. Laundry, fire pit, backyard were excellent!

An OCD travelers paradise! This home has absolutely everything one would need for a trip to the Cape. It was next level clean, has a fully equipped kitchen, provides not only towels and linens, but beach towels as well, and has the most beautiful yard filled with bunnies and chipmunks. The location to the private beach is perfect and being right off of 6A, everything else is easily accessible as well. Josh is a fantastic host who makes every part of the process a pleasure. I cannot recommend this home enough and will definitely be staying again.

Great yard and patio

We stayed here with our two grand kids and had a great time. House and furnishings were perfect, The kids loved the big yard. WE ate on the patio most evenings.

Josh was very friendly and helpful, before and during our stay. Communication was excellent!House is clean, comfortable, outdoor shower so nice after our beach days. Beautiful, uncrowded beach a 5 min walk from house, and the water was perfect, We enjoyed backyard firepit every night. We d love to stay here next summer, too!

Everything was very clean, the house smelled great! Plenty of towels and chairs for guests. The walk to the beach was short and in a very safe/cute neighborhood. Communication with host was fast and they were very knowledgeable on the area and surrounding areas.

Great East Sandwich Beach Vacation

Terrific cottage in a cute neighborhood in East Sandwich. A short walk down a private road to the beach. Very clean and updated. Great for a family beach vacation.

Perfect weekend house

I rented this house for my daughter’s high school graduation and it was perfect. Walkable to the beach and the school, new recently renovated, amazing backyard and lots of space for a family gathering.

July 2025

This was our third year in a row at this wonderful Cape Code home. The house was great - very close to the beach in a great part of East Sandwich. The host is always helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this home for a vacation. We will be back next year.

Awesome get away!

It was an awesome experience, we were in town for a wedding and the house was lovely. Super close to the beach, newly renovated. Wish I could have vacationed longer! 10/10!

Home is very nicely appointed and nestled in a well kept, beach community. In light of us visiting in the, After Labor Day Shoulder Season, it was very quiet. Josh was very responsive to the one very tiny issue we had, missing fireplace remote. The fire pit outside was a lovely alternative.
