Very spacious home close to the Yosemite Arch entrance. Extremely clean with well stocked kitchen. Newly renovated hall bathroom. Outdoor pool and deck was a special treat after hiking in the park. Loved seeing the family of deer each day in the back of the house. Thank you, Jo Ann for opening your lovely home to my family.

Nice place to stay. Very relaxing.There were a few ants in the pink bathroom which you may not know about.Also the right front burner on the stove top was difficult to start and also burned with only part of the ring. It later burned fully so may be lack of use.

Great location close to park entrance. Loved the sound of the Merced River right outside the window every night. And the refreshing pool was a total bonus on a hot day. Super sweet owner/hostess :o)

We had a lovely stay at Jo Anne’s property just outside Yosemite National Park. The house is in a beautiful location with amazing views from the decking of the river and mountains beyond. Very easy access to Yosemite. The property is spacious and well equipped and the pool was a particular bonus. We experienced an issue with the air conditioning but Jo Anne dealt with the issue very professionally and even offered us compensation for the issue. Overall a great experience.

The road to the house is a bit interesting but we managed to find a lovely old stone house with great rustic furnishings, a great pool, even better AC, and daily a view of a quail family and deer. The bunk bedroom is small, but we used the top bunk in the bedroom and it was OK. The living room couch bed is not comfortable and the other couches are soft. Very clean and comfortable and had all that we needed plus. The mutiple doors from the house to the outside deck, front yard, and pool areas were helpful for our group. Would recommend this location and place highly!!

Clean, quiet, and comfortable home right on the Merced River. 30 minute drive to the Valley floor. Can't beat the location if you want to avoid the urban wilderness / crowds of the Park. Kids loved the pool. Definitely will stay again.

A quiet and tranquil place for vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped. Heater works well. An ideal place to stay if you are going to Yosemite National Park.

The location of this home is ideal for entry into the park. It was a very short drive. The communication in advance was perfect and the extra directions were very helpful. The communication during our visit was not ideal. We never got a response to one of our inquiries and a couple of days to get one for another question. The answer came as we were packing up to leave.

The kitchen was great - very well-supplied! The whole house was very clean. We loved the location and the pool. Jo Ann was very responsive in answering our questions. We’d stay there again.
