Beautiful full kitchen with new appliances (oven, stove and microwave). The kitchen includes all your basic essentials. A dining area that comfortably seats 4 people. Feel relaxed in your private bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed, plenty of closet/storage space, and a Roku TV. A spacious living room area with a queen sized sofa bed and a 55 inch TV with a Firestick. Hulu, Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+ and Amazon prime are all available at your fingertips. There are board games in the coffee table and a vintage Nintendo console in the TV stand for your entertainment. A private bathroom stocked with fresh towels and bathroom essentials. Last but not least a laundry room with washer and dryer to wash clothes and linen if needed.

THIS IS THE BOTTOM UNIT OF A HOME CONVERTED INTO TWO SEPARATE SPACES. I LIVE IN THE TOP UNIT. THERE ARE NO SHARED SPACES, YOU HAVE THE ENTIRE UNIT TO YOURSELVES INCLUDING FULL KITCHEN, BATHROOM AND LAUNDRY.

The place was fabulous. It is clean and very comfortable. It is close to downtown Knoxville. We had a great stay.

Even though you are sharing the property with the host, you wouldn't know. He is quiet and keeps to himself. I enjoyed our stay very much!

I had an excellent stay in Knoxville and would absolutely recommend this property. The home was exceptionally clean upon arrival, and it was clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining it. Everything was well-organized, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing.The host was outstanding throughout the entire process. Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful, making check-in and check-out completely seamless. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and always felt well taken care of.Overall, this was a fantastic experience. The property was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located, making it a perfect home base for our time in Knoxville. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The property was very clean and plenty of room! The mattress definitely has seen better days and needs to be replaced. There wasn’t a thermostat downstairs so we had to send a message to get it changed. But they responded quickly!

Was a perfect spot close to my stepdaughter who is pregnant. Was a great spot for me, my husband, and young son. Only complaint would be the mattress in the room. They definitely would benefit from a new one. Overall though, a great place to stay.

Pros: Quiet, clean, nicely decorated, good communication from host, easy check-in and check-out.Cons: Shower did not get hot, however, host did try to fix it. The bed and pillows are uncomfortable- the bed dips in the middle, which means my husband and I ended up both rolling into the middle and made it tough to get a good nights sleep.
