Located off the fast paced Knoxville life style yet 15 minutes from downtown Oak Ridge or your favorite UT venue and 40 minutes from our Great Smokey Mountains!! Half hour quick drive to Wind Rock too. You will not want to leave!
Great for business stays/solo travelers/families.
Your safety is important, the yard is fenced and secure and it is a no smoking property. The enclosed covered porch is cozy and complete with a swing, glider and ambiance that includes string lighting & throws.
Your well behaved, potty trained fur baby of 40 pounds or less is welcome (with a pet fee of course).
We added a mini fort, complete with a sand box, slide and toddler size rock wall! (PLEASE remember children must be accompanied by an adult as we assume no responsibility for accidents).
The kitchen has full size Fridge/Freezer with ice maker, Dish washer, Stove top with Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Plates, Bowls, everything you need to create a dinner worthy of your family.
From the coffee bar to the adjoining rooms to the comfy beds, you will love the easy flow and relaxing atmosphere enough to make memories that will last a lifetime!

Regatta success

I took some teenagers to row in a youth regatta, and this was the perfect spot for us to crash after long days at the lake. The house is small, but the space is used well and is immaculately clean. We had everything we needed for our weekend stay, and the location was very convenient for our event at Melton Lake. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy, quiet

Not fancy but very clean and well appointed. Makes good use of space with lots of seating. The porch is a lovely space to relax and the fenced yard was great for our dog. Thanks for letting us stay!

Wonderful cozy home in the “country” with quick and easy access to Knoxville.

We loved our short weekend trip at Sweet T’s! So cozy and clean and very well stocked. It was also nice and quiet! So easy to get to shopping at Turkey Creek and downtown Knoxville.

Four day stay with puppies

Great place for short term. The yard with the secure fence was a great benefit for our two puppies. The bed was soft and cozy and clean bathroom. Only issues were rules listed in the on-site house guide that were not in the original description such as crating the dogs when you leave. Overall, great soft term stay and ideal location..

Great place to stay

Quaint house with an amazing porch. Fenced in yard made it ideal for pets. Host was super friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect place for moving our daughter into college!!

This rental was absolutely PERFECT for our needs. We moved our oldest daughter into college for her freshman year and Sweet T’s was just the perfect place to stay to do that! We were only 10-15 minutes (depending on traffic) minutes away from Crown Bible College which was amazing to be able to take breaks during the busy weekend and run back “home”. The accommodations were wonderful! Everything at bed the listing description and the pictures! The sweet little coffee bar was a hit with our family!! Well stocked rental with bed linens, towels, and even cookware!! Beds were comfortable, water pressure in the shower was wonderful, and the fenced in yard was perfect for our pup! Miss Sue was always very quick to respond to any questions! We will be back for visits with our daughter over the next few years and we will for sure be staying at Sweet T’s again!!

Exactly as pictured

Sweet T’s delivered. The property was just as pictured and described. The kitchen was fully outfitted and we enjoyed the porch with the string lights at night. Sue was responsive to our questions about Wi-Fi. Great property.

Spring visit

My son lives nearby and I decided to come down for a visit. This is a nice rental with two bedrooms, a very nice fenced in yard and quite neighborhood. When I come back to the area for a visit, I'll certainly hope that this rental is available.

Quiet stay away from the hustle, but easy enough to get too.

We loved our time at Sweet T's. Sue was so kind and communicative! The house was cozy and the beds were comfy. We were about 25 minutes from Knoxville and just over an hour to Gatlinburg. The adults enjoyed the patio and my son enjoyed the yard!

Perfect in every way

Great location, just a few miles to everything! Cozy, comfortable, feel of home! The home was well stocked with everything you need! The owner has gone above and beyond to make this place feel like home. Coffee bar area is awesome! Crisp mountain air on swing with fresh brewed coffee breath taking! Will return again! Go vols!
