Cozy cottage w/ Queen bed located on 2.8 acre wooded area behind the main house. Perfect for a weekend get away or for the business traveler looking for temporary housing other than a hotel.
Guests can enjoy the large back deck area with a grill and fire pit. Or sit and enjoy a cup of coffee on the screened in porch.
WiFi and Sling TV is included.
Centrally located, guests can visit Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Downtown Knoxville, Kentucky Casino, and is close to McGee-Tyson Airport.

Everything was great. The place was clean and well supplied. The mattress was the most comfortable. I appreciated a reclining couch, many I stay in does not have a reclining couch.

Adorable cottage and very quiet and comfortable. The driveway was a little confusing at first which would be the only thing I had trouble with. We pull definitely stay here again.

The Cozy Cottage was above and beyond. I had no problems with my stay and the property was the cute, comfy and clean. I highly recommend, and plan to book again for any future trips.

If you are visiting the Knoxville area and looking for a place to stay, Bill’s place is hard to beat. My wife and I spent 4 nights there and have ZERO complaints. We happened meet Bill when we arrived and he was as pleasant as his place.Super quiet so we were able to sleep in. Had all the amenities you needed and the location in Powell is perfect. Plenty of places to grab a bite to eat, grocery store is a mile away and easy access to Knoxville and the greater surrounding area. Clean, comfortable, full kitchen, what else could you need?

This was an amazing place to stay to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Secluded enough to feel away from it all, but very close to local stores and resources. Bill is excellent at communicating. I can’t express our thanks to him enough. Beautiful property, wonderful stay, great host, and we would definitely stay here again in the future!!!!

Bill was great to work with, he communicated to us how to find the place and shops and restaurants that were in the area. We would’ve stayed an extra week if possible we enjoyed it that much.

Very clean! It was very cozy for the two of us, had everything we needed, kitchen was well supplied for cooking meals. Very nice front screened in porch for morning coffee and a back porch where we enjoyed our evening meal on the grill. Location was great for our Knoxville visit and easy to find.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy little cottage. It’s close to restaurants, shopping and not too far from downtown Knoxville. The cottage was very clean and had everything you would need to make your stay memorable. The description is exactly as it states. Next time we come to Powell, we hope to stay again.

Great place to stay to be able to drive about to anything Appalachian. Comfy cottage, great hosts, and the antique shops are in great abundance. Temple Baptist was but a hop skip and jump away and was able to attend 6 services while there. Charles Lawson is a preacher to be heard and the people are absolutely lovely. just an overall beautiful experience.
